Zack was awesome. Had the car we wanted to look at up front and ready when we pulled up. Was not pushy at all, he went over all the features. We were ready to buy and the whole process was only 2 hours. Loved it.

All staff members are very helpful and kind. They are working according to customer need. Try to find out the best way to get the best price for the car. I am very happy with the price and service.

I've been trying to call this Rockwall Kia dealership for 2 entire days! My car needs a part, and I have to Uber to the dealership. No one in parts ever answers or calls back when you leave a message. I even went online and filled out a parts inquiry form. Still nothing. Worst part? I now have been trying to call their service department to ask them what is going on in parts. Service just rings nonstop. Ridiculous. I called Plano Kia, and they answered right away in parts. Same part there is double the price?!
Update: Finally got in touch with someone at Kia Rockwall Parts. What a nightmare. Was told my part was ordered and would be there the following day by 9am. After paying Uber to get me there, the guy who ordered the part wasn't there. The kid working couldn't find the part. I asked him if he could call the other local Kia dealers who show to have the part already in stock and have one of them put their hands on it. I didn't go to those locations due to my car not running and the distance they are from my house. Why did this parts employee look at me and tell me he doesn't know the part number? The same guy who was "searching" the back for my ordered part, he didn't know the part #. WTH?! No wonder why you couldn't find my part. This is Kia Parts department, multiple resources to look up the part #. I ended up calling Hyundai Rockwall, after finding the part # myself via Google search and paying 2x more for the same exact part. Hyundai didn't even change the part #. It says Hyundai/Kia on the side. The "manager" of parts wasn't even available, so I could complain. They literally handed me off to car salesman. He was a nice guy, but it wasn't his job to fix the stupidity that IS THE PARTS DEPARTMENT of Rockwall Kia.

I bought a Used Mazda3. The price was great, the salesperson (Tucker) was very professional, listened to my needs & provided top- tier service.

Drive the extra distance to go to a better Kia dealership. Bought a 2024 used Kia Carnival and the screen kept going out on it. They told me I had to leave my car with them 6 days before it could even be diagnosed. They did not have any loaner car. I’ve had this car 40 days and have been trying to get this fixed for 3 weeks. I’ve tried calling 4 to 5 times and still haven’t heard back from a manager after being told I would get a call. I’m going to a different Kia dealership to see if they can fix their mistakes.

I received an online offer to buy my car so I went in person. After reviewing my car, they offered me thousands less than the initial online offer, even though my car was in excellent shape. I ended up selling my car to Carmax for much more- they honored their online offer. I do not recommend Kia of Rockwall. I wasted two hours of my day. They just want to get you into the dealership so they can take all your money and maybe even your soul lol

We’re in the market for a new EV and decided to stop by to check out the new KIA EV6. The first salesperson was busy with other customers, so he introduced us to a kid named Zach. Now, The kid is not your average schmuck.
I explained what we were looking for and mentioned that we were also considering a Tesla since they’re offering a 1.9% APR deal. Apparently, The kid didn’t like that and immediately switched into rip-off mode. After a few questions, he realized he wasn’t going to get his way, and I made it clear about my budget and we really wanted to check out the car.
The kid asked about our budget. I was upfront with him about the APR and monthly payment I was targeting. In response, he showed me his go-to rip-off sheet, listing monthly rates with APRs of 12% and up, like we hadn’t done our homework and just crawled out from under a rock.
It was obvious MR Zach had decided we weren’t worth his time and asked when I last bought a car. He then left us to wait for 20 minutes, only to return and waste more of our time. He wanted to "show me something" and took me to the back, where he tried to prove the key cabinet was “malfunctioning,” awkwardly pressing buttons until one of the drawers opened. It was ridiculous and painful to watch—like he was trying to show me he had nothing to do with it but UH OH!. Imagine a grown man doing that.
The amount of childishness I experienced today made it feel more like I’d walked into a middle school than a car dealership.
Take your business someplace else.

From the moment I walked in the showroom, the staff at Rockwall Kia were super to work with. No high pressure but at the same time I never felt ignored (as I did at another dealership). It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Rockwall Kia. They also had a great selection to choose from.

Tucker is the best. He was professional and kind and patient. He wasn't pushy like most salesmen. He took care of us in a professional way. Always offering drinks and adding if we were fine. He even helped us trade out all of our personal belongings from one car to the other. But I have to also say that our finance guy. Sorry I forgot his name, but he was very sweet and professional also. He got us through the process faster than we had ever experienced at any other car lot. I'm sure their all great but these 2 are who we dealt with. So for others out there looking for a car with a smooth caring process, this is the place to go. I know I will again if need be..

To start off, my brother and I (well- off and in our early thirties) made the hour long trip to see a car. Once there, we were told a test drive alone would be no problem as long as we filled out a waiver (which we were amenable to). Soon after the salesman told us that his general sales manager (Alex) had a change of heart and due to the nature of the car (Shelby got 500), we would not be afforded a chance to drive the car. Mind you, the car had been sitting at the dealership for several months, and it will keep sitting if this is how legitimate cash buying customers are treated. To exacerbate the issue, when we asked to speak to Alex, he refused to come out of his office to speak to us directly. Complete coward and incredibly unprofessional. To judge folks as being “unworthy” of a test drive is incredibly irresponsible, and downright egregious. We took our business elsewhere and ended up working a deal on a similar (and much better condition) Shelby GT500. For Alex to not have the decency to address customers directly, and to hide away when asked to come clarify the rational in person is shameful. Learn a lesson here Alex - you don’t get to dictate to customers how they get to make purchasing decisions. All we wanted to do was drive the car uninterrupted by salesman talk so that we could ascertain the cars condition ourselves. Very simple.
Complete waste of time, and it’s clearly a pattern with Alex and the leadership here judging be all of the recent reviews. Would highly advise shopping elsewhere, especially if you’re looking to get into a higher end performance car. We’ve owned quite a few, and are happy with the deal we got elsewhere.

I bought a car with 30k miles from these guys 3 months ago and even drove almost 2 hours to get there. I have had nothing but a horrible experience afterward. Once I left the dealership I noticed my vehicle pulled to the right and took it into my local dealership and was told that my car was not safe to drive. It needed front brakes, rear brakes, 4 tires, and had a bent wheel. I called and was informed by Kia Rockwall that the brakes had been replaced already. When they clearly had not. They also sold me this car which failed the safety portion of state infection in 3 different areas that were not repaired during their used vehicle process. I called Kia to try and get reimbursement for even a portion of the 3k dollars I’ve had to put in this car and was met with a rude sales manager who left me on hold for an hour. And they were not willing to help me at all. Do not buy a car from these guys.

Bad experience. Two main concerns.
First, we wanted to see a specific electric vehicle, and we were initially told that the battery was getting replaced and getting serviced at a different facility, so they weren't sure what was wrong with the car initially. They showed a similar vehicle with more miles. When we finally said we were more interested in buying the vehicle getting the battery replaced, they all of a sudden found the initial car, and the battery was not getting replaced, and nothing was wrong with it. However, the battery wasn't charged at all, but we needed to believe them that the battery was just like the other car we saw. It was all extremely fishy and felt like a way for them to try to sell the car with higher miles.
The actual price of the car when we went to purchase it was $3000 higher than listed online (listed at ~$19k). Those fees were technically listed in name (without an actual price) in the fine print of the listing online, but that was extremely hidden and obscure It felt like false advertising that the final sticker price of the car was literally 25% higher than advertised, even if in the literal legal sense it was not false advertising. And I was told by the salesman and manager that I was wrong for thinking that it was false advertising. And when we went to negotiate, they gave no wiggle room at all, and were going to charge 500-700 dollars more for the car to come with a charger.

I highly recommend you ask for Tucker if you shop here for a vehicle.
Tucker was professional, customer service oriented, and an efficient no-nonsense salesman.
