My wife and I came in today to purchase a used Sportage. We were greeted on arrival by Zachary. Our visit was fantastic. Zachary is friendly, knowledgeable and kept us updated on the purchase process. He made what can sometimes be a high pressure situation into an enjoyable experience for both of us. Zachary is the living model of an exemplary employee. It was a true pleasure doing business with him.

Will never go back here due to poor mgmt and service. My 2020 Telluride had some issues with CV joint and after going through all kinds of hassle to get an appt for this, I waited an hour then they came out and said they were sorry that is was not covered like originally agreed to. At 50k+ miles and 2 years old it should have been covered. They tried getting out of a faulty windshield in first 6 months as well. I bought my 2022 Telluride at Moritz FW and only charged MSRP and no markup. Much better service and mgmt there.

Took my car in for a free "recall" repair". Ended up paying almost $900 for things that we were working fine when I dropped it off. Way too many issues to list here, but my advice is to run the other way! They will damage your car while they have it, then charge you to fix it. Maybe that's why they have to keep it for two weeks on a one day repair. Terrible customer service. Management doesn't care, and can spare me the fake yelp response from the owner.

After talking back and forth with my salesman Zack via text and phone I gave him one final offer on a deal we were working and let him know I would block him from calling (this was after many calls received) or text if they couldn't or wouldn't except my offer. He spoke to the sales manager Richard, and told me he said to come on in. They agreed to my offer. When I arrived at the dealership they gave me to another salesman that was nice but had concerns over the deal. We called Richard the sales manager over to confirm and he did. The salesman wrote up the deal and took it to the general manager for approval and was told they wouldn't honour it. I told the GM that my salesman had been told the deal was already approved by Richard and I had drove 45 minutes in traffic only for them to do a BAIT AND SWITCH. Buyer BEWARE . . . they won't stand behind their WORD.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This dealership including the manager Richard Adams, was a nightmare to deal with. We were ready to buy a palisade with approval from our bank, however they decided to drag their feet with getting the paperwork we needed in time to get the check from the bank. They were well aware of our time line and decided to help other customers instead when trying to contact them. We had put a deposit down on the vehicle they rudely stated we would not get back. My advice, please don't waste your time at this dealership as they only care about getting your money and are the pushiest salesman I have ever dealt with. My only regret is not listening to the other negative customer reviews before I wasted my time with them.

I had the most considerate service. I went in for an oil change. They helped me get the paperwork for replacement car tags and even made a copy of my driver's license. Jimmy was my advisor and so very considerate.

My mother in law traded in her car at this dealership and I wanted to buy it. Ended up buying it site unseen due to me knowing the cars history and the dealership saying they fixed all of the issues. Well i got the vehicle and they only fixed two of the major things, the driver seat motor and the linkage to put the car in gear. Before i pulled out of the lot, i brought a broken set of buttons (that was on the stearing wheel) to my sales persons attention. The mirror broke and fell out as soon as I pulled off of the lot. This dealership is refusing to fix all of the issues, besides the volume control button, that should have been fixed as I was told by the first sales person i dealt with (Yes, i had to deal with 2 sales people due to the first person lacking communication skills and failing to call me back). While talking procing with the first sales person, he stated that there was no wiggle room on the pricing due to them reconditioning and fixing the vehicle. The only reason i still purchased the vehicle is because the vehicle was great mechanically. Otherwise, I would have ran for the hills. While looking at the engine bay with my father-in-law, we discovered that the dealership did not put together the air intake and the air filter box correctly. We observed that there were screws that were just sitting by the windshield wiper blade motor. The heat shield was taken off near the turbo as well and not re-installed. I took the vehicle to get the alignment checked and it was out of wack. The front atrut assembly needs to be replaced along with the back right adjustable tie rod. The dealership refuses to fix these issues on the vehicle because the sales person I originally dealt with did not "Wite it on a we owe sheet." My suggestion is to avoid this dealership like its the plague and find a different one.

So Marcus decided to Text my husband today and tell him that he has cars we were looking for. In his text he tells my husband they need 5 more sales and are giving great deals for the last day of the quarter. My husband drove from McKinney to Rockwall at 6pm on a Saturday, to get there and find out it was all a lie. NONE of the cars my husband wanted was available after he told him they had 10 in! Shame! We will never do business with this Kia.

I texted Ericka in Southwest Kia Rockwall yesterday and she told me to bring the car in this morning at 9:30 and she would get me an oil change. I get there and they tell me that they have 17 cars ahead of me and I can't get my car done unless I leave it with him. I'm not leaving my car over the weekend for an oil change. This is not the first time this is happened. Don't go here find somebody else that cares about your business. The service manager is a total smart ass.

Customer service is horrible. The older white guy in the service department is an a** hole. Don't expect any actual common courtesy. When you get your keys from a service member, expect to walk to the back to find your own car to pull it around. The lady in the service department couldn't tell me exactly what was done to my car. It took 3 weeks for 2 hours of crappy work. Now my car shakes when at a stop. All my fluids are now low for some reason and that's after I was told they did an oil change. They were supposed to replace my coils, not sure if that's true with the way my car is running. This place is pathetic!

We were literally FORCED to buy a car from them 2 years ago that we DID NOT WANT and is NOT dependable. Please read this before you do business with these people. We originally paid the down payment and signed all of the paperwork for the car we wanted. We were told it needed to be detailed and they would call the next day when it was ready, but it took three days to finally get in touch with them. That's when they told me (only after I had to track them down) that the car suddenly "wasn't drivable". This was after it was on the lot, test driven by us and we paid $5,000 and signed all the official documents. We lived in a rural area and were using a rental car at the time. When they finally decided to tell us that we couldn't bring the car home that we had purchased, we went straight up there the next morning to get our deposit back so we could get something else. We knew there was nothing else we wanted from them. Our rental car was due back that same day. When we got there and asked for our deposit back, they wouldn't give it to us. They kept insisting that we look for something else, and after my husband got irritated the guy finally said well it can take weeks to get the money back from corporate so it was out of his hands. By money they meant the large amount of cash I handed to them in exchange for the vehicle that they sold to us! I explained how serious the situation was now because we had to have the rental back that day and we absolutely could not go without a car. We didn't have an extra car or family nearby and my husband would not be able to work which is not something we could afford. The salesman showed absolutely no empathy whatsoever. Wouldn't even try to call around and see if there was some way to fix the situation. But he was super enthusiastic about being able to "help" us get into a different car which was more expensive and had higher payments than the first one. We expressed again that we did not want that car, we wanted our money back. He basically told us that it wasn't going to happen so if we don't want to be without a vehicle we "need to work with him". We ended up buying a more expensive car that didn't fit our needs, and two years later is not drivable due to mechanical problems that are no fault of our own, because we've maintained it religiously. This was literally the worst car buying experience I have EVER had. Please do not let these people victimize you the way they did us.

Only giving a 1 star because I can't go lower. First of all brought my car in for Engine failure at 56,000 miles. Let me repeat Engine failure at only 56,000 miles. The first service advisor I spoke gave me a hard time without even hearing me out, immediately telling me that this was not going to be covered under my 100,000 mile warranty. I immediately asked for someone else. Those went from bad to worse, no towing service, me getting charged for for rental car after being told I would not incur any additional fees then the manager losing my credit card payment in the end asking me to come rerun my card. Wow

Well, the buying process was super easy. The staff was friendly. we had already picked the car we wanted online. When we got there, the car was sitting there ready to test drive. Long story short, we bought the car. After getting it home, we found a bubble in one of the tires. I tried contacting the dealership about it, but no one will contact me back. I know it's a used vehicle, but that's a safety issue that should have been taken care of. I guess communication is not a priority to them after a sale is made.

The service department is the worst! Took a friend to have her car repaired under Kia's Lifetime warranty for her motor (that they already replaced a year ago, under a factory recall) Not even 30K miles later her motor needs to be replaced again. She has been dealing with Jaela communicating through text message about her car. Kia is denying her claim due to the oil cap having what they call "Sludge" on it. She has provided all receipts from the shop that changed her oil. Brad Stephens (Service Supervisor) & Jaela are telling her that her oil change receipts are not good enough because they were done last year. My friend, just like most everyone else I know go off of mileage and not the date when getting oil changes. This is the craziest thing I have ever heard. If you need any repairs done to your vehicle; I strongly suggest taking your car anywhere else other than Kia.

We set an appointment and drove 45 mins to get here. When you walk in dont expect to be greeted...(no one was at their desk when we walked in for both appointments.) We tried to check in but was told that they couldn't see us that day and that we needed to make a new appointment. We came back a couple weeks later (current) and waited a little over 6 hours after they told us it would only be 3. Not a good experience AT ALL.
