Worst service ever , fitting room was dirty I told the young lady with glasses that works in the fitting room and I was told " it's not my job " she didn't want to give me hear name then told me daughter to turn down her phone " shes deaf from one ear never going back. /DONT EVER GO HERE .

I love the deals at Ross Dress for less stores. You can find some really good items. With that being said, a big problem with Ross stores not just this location is their lack of registers being available to check out. This is a universal problem with this popular company. I have been in a line 3 long and only 1 register open taking too long. After 20 minutes, I laid my items down and walked away. This store location is usually clean with aisle sometimes on the floor where children throw items down. There is plenty of parking with handicapped parking spaces limited. They do have public restrooms back near the dressing rooms. I do go here to shop but will not hesitate to not wait in line.

So here we go. I hardly ever leave bad reviews because I'd rather bring people up than criticize or complain about them. But today was the last straw. This cashier has always been ugly and strange up rude to me every single time I've had to go to her register. I stop at Ross at least 2X a week and I will be sure to drive a bit farther to T.J. Max from now on to spend my money.
I'd go on about this but there's no point.
