Really bad customer service. You spend $250 on a custom order team uniform and they don’t let you know that one game jersey was ordered without a number before producing it. Obviously this is a business that lives off of producing items that have to be purchased as part of a group order.
Cool looking uniforms but show a little initiative in servicing the customer.

Taylor and Rockwall Sports center is an absolute gem! The customer service provided by Taylor was exceptional - she went above and beyond to ensure my jerseys were made in just one day. Her friendliness and helpfulness truly stood out, and I couldn't be more impressed. I will definitely be a returning customer for all my sports-related needs. Been here a couple of times in the past, but today was different in a positive way. They are now under a new owner, which she took the time to listen to my needs/wants. The entire staff were friendly and very personable. If you need sports equipment, apparel, or sports accessories please support this business!! Positive note: they’re having a sale going on right now and who doesn’t love a sale☺️☺️

From a neighbor and small business owner myself, you always want to trust the process when someone is handling shirts (or items) for your small business. Rockwall Sports had these done for me within just a few days, sent mock ups anytime I needed one, and had great communication the entire time! Hats off to you guys!

I had an issue with my daughters culinary uniform. The uniform had the wrong name stitched onto it. So I took both the uniform and the receipt/invoice up there to have the issue fixed. The manager (a guy with a beard) accused me of lying, stating that I never got the uniform from there (even though I have the receipt/invoice in my hand). He refused to hear me out and told me that if I left that uniform there he would just throw it away. The other lady’s working there tried to help with the issue several times but he shut them down immediately. Very unprofessional
