Well, all I can say is that I tried it and I hate it! I have always been one to give people/places a fair shot in spite of what reviews say, because who knows, they may have just been having a bad day, or a bad moment! My initial patient appointment with the doctor was set for an hour block, but it literally only lasted about 10-12 minutes. All of my concerns were minimized and I felt worse about my condition when leaving, than I did when I got there. The doctor was quite condescending and spoke very confidently in his belief that I no longer had a previously existing condition. Wrong, testing determined that I very much did! In addition to this, as if that wasn’t already enough, the office staff is an absolute nightmare (minus Kiara - prior authorization POC). Expect unanswered calls, extensive wait times for a call back, and very little knowledge about any and everything you may ask. Again, as previously mentioned, I try to give an honest chance/try to ensure that the service that I’m receiving is not just a one time “mishap”, but in fact how the business is actually ran. Well, today was the final straw! I had an 11am appointment. Upon exiting the freeway, I called the office and spoke to Jordan, an office associate, that assured me that even though I was running late, all was well and he would communicate my soon arrival to the front office staff. Upon my arrival, as soon as the young lady (with very unprofessional facial piercings) opened the window and asked my name she told me in an extremely monotone voice that my appointment had been cancelled because the young man thought I would be there in one minute from the freeway, but it had been six minutes! Had I not reached out, I might understand but I did, and was told to come on in. My husband took off work to take me to this appointment, so not only was my time wasted, but money and gas was lost as we live nowhere close to this place. What an absolute nightmare the past two weeks have been! Save yourself the trouble… So not worth the hassle and energy it consumes to be a patient here!

The doctor made sure to cover any questions I had and go over my entire past history. Great experience and I finally understand everything!! Fast, kind, and genuinely makes sure everything is good!

I've attempted several times to have Dr Andino's office contact me about getting a transfer of care to a new Neurologist. Unfortunately when they return my call they are "unable to transfer care because I have to come in and have an appointment". Well I've moved and am on the other side of the state. "Well you should have seen us first" and I can't get another neurologist because the ones that I'm looking at require the treating neurologist to make the referral. What's the doctor's hypocritics oath "do no harm" I've been without meds and without care for 6 months because doctor Andino's office refuses to make a phone call to my new neurologist. I've even asked for the doctor to get on the phone so that I can explain the situation to which he has refused. Now I've been an appointment with him he spends more time sitting in his office and talking to the front desk clerks than he does in the rooms with the patients. What a poor way to treat patients.

These people are absolute snakes. They charged my insurance $120,000 for a basic EEG. After the prenegotiated price, I was left with a $5,000 bill for a very basic service. Dealing with their billing has been a nightmare, and Dr Andino's smugness is almost unbearable. Don't get taken to the cleaners like I did!

The doctor is great, but his front desk never answered the phone. I need to call multiple times so they can answer my phone calls.

I went to see Dr. Andino after developing neuropathy post breast cancer. Dr. Andino documented in my chart that I was a diabetic before ever testing my A1c and despite me telling him I was not a diabetic. Once my A1c came back showing I was not a diabetic I asked him to remove his diagnosis in my chart but he refused. I found it interesting he billed my insurance for 2 diabetes codes even though I don't have diabetes. I tried several times to get the diabetes removed from my chart but all they did was block me from their portal and give me the run around when I called or went in to speak to someone. Also, I was there for neuropathy in my legs and on my second visit Dr. Andino walked in and said "well I was right, your tests showed Carpel tunnel in your left wrist". I was stunned and thought maybe he had the wrong patient's room. When I said I was there for my legs he quickly tried to recover by saying "well, that's in addition to your other issues".I won't ever go back to him.

He absolutely turned my health around. He LISTENED to my strange health history. He immediately focused on things other providers had missed, asking questions about basic things like sleep. Turns out I have significant sleep apnea. He did all the appropriate testing to rule out other things, but after treating my sleep apnea and identifying foods I was allergic to my chronic migraines are completely gone without medication. My overall inflammation is lower than it has been in 20 years. He did what dozens of other providers didn't. So grateful to him. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Me and my daughter both see him. He's very knowledgeable. My daughter has rare issues going on with her and he is doing everything he can to help her. He's patient and you don't feel rushed when you're in with him. He answers your questions and he makes sure you understand his treatment. He encourages you to call with any questions. We are so blessed that he was put into our life as our Dr.

Dr Andino has been a very positive experience for me. He reviewed all of my former MRIs and info before my first appt. He’s very personable and really tweaks things to best fit your unique issues. Highly recommend him!
