My experience started off a little rocky but sales guy Kevin and GM Kyle went out of their way to get me in a SxS that met all my wants and needs. I can’t thank Kyle enough for going above and beyond make the deal work. Overall great experience and highly recommend!

We purchased a Yamaha rmax4 from classic powersports. Kevin Nelson was our sales person. He was great to work with. We had a couple conversations over the phone before arriving at the dealership about the machine. When we arrived he had it in the back all cleaned up and ready to view. The purchase went quickly and were loaded and back on the road pretty quick. The process after purchase went very smooth as well. They walked us to the parts department to see if we wanted any add ons that day. Then went by service where they were very helpful on explaining the break in period and services that need to be completed. I would definitely recommend friends and family to classic powersports.

Awesome experience!! Jordan was easy to work with, gave me exactly what I wanted without any pressure. He never tried to upsell me on anything or go to a bigger bike. He listened to me and made me feel great about my choice. Jordan is awesome!!!!

This place is a joke! We drove 5 hours to buy a brand new motorcycle for $3800 out the door and they sold it before we got there and never called us. So we tried to settle on a 2020 model and the sales manager came to the table with $4500. Never once apologized for how far we drove only said “yea things come and go like our toys”. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Poor customer service and one idiot sales manager.

This is supposed to be an authorized and reputable Honda dealership and service repair shop. The parts department here is extremely professional and does a great job, I called early the morning of August 10th & told them I needed two tires and a tube. They got me exactly what I needed and had it ready when I got there to pick it up @ 9:30am.
But the service department as a whole at Classic Powersports is awful, they don’t care about their customers. They also don’t communicate and don’t care about what you need done, they waste so much time instead of just making the experience quick easy and smooth. I was told 1.5 hours but it took almost 4 hours to have a tube & tire mounted to the rim which I brought up there already off the bike. So the bike wasn’t even there, it should have been quick & simple. When they knew I was trying to hurry and get the bike back to do the front tire. I paid for everything in one transaction which was just under $500. Then I immediately drove home re mounted it myself and drove the bike back to have the front one done. When I got there it was 4:02pm on a Saturday night. They said it was too late as they were closing at 5:00pm, so they said they couldn’t do it, so I was a lil irritated but ok I get it. But they don’t reopen until Tuesday, & I use my motorcycle to drive to work during the week. So I waited until Tuesday when they reopened, to call & schedule a new appointment to get it done. I was told I couldn’t get it done until at least Thursday. So I called Thursday evening, and spoke to someone who was finally able to get me an appointment for the next Saturday @9:15am. So my phone rings at 8:30 to tell me that a recall I had ordered had arrived. So I said I’ll be there shortly cuz I had an appointment anyway. The person on the phone was dumbfounded because he said I had no appointment scheduled. So I said oh well & headed up there on the bike anyways. I get there and sat there for 2 hours and my bike was never even touched. So at this point I’m pissed cuz I already paid & have a memorial for my father who was murdered, to get to @12:00pm. So I expressed that I was unhappy and that I had to come back another time. At 3:45pm I called and asked if they could squeeze me in before the end of the day, since they would be closed again over the weekend. They said well how fast can you get there. “I said 20 mins from where I was” and I got there in 13 mins. So I get there and they immediately started on it. I was told to wait outside in the heat, instead of inside the service department door, even though there was no reason for it, but I didn’t complain. They finished around 5:06 in plenty of time to leave as the store was closing for the day. I checked it out and the tire seemed fine, but was rushed before I had a lot of time to really check it well. I drove one exit down, then made a stop at a convenience store thank God, cuz if I hadn’t stopped I’d probably have wrecked, because tire failed, and was completely flat when I came back outside. So I waited 4 hours for a tow truck, which finally arrived at 10:45pm, also the busiest day & time of night. So there went another $200 plus. And still haven’t had the time to get it fixed again, which will surely cost me again. The tire won’t stay aired up, the air is seaping from the stem and a lot of the spokes…so the job was not done properly, they should be ashamed and I will never do business with them again.

The tech?? did not fix it where you could actually ride it past 45-50 mph.Tild necti bring it back .but..if one doesn't*t k ow how to do a simple task...why was he working there?? I have heard some pretty bad reviews from folks. If they are under new mngmnt, good luck .I would not ever deal with them ..definitely not qualified..unprofessional..

Stacey and Jeremy are absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond anything I expected for me and were able to help me get a helmet repaired that had an issue so I'm very thankful for them I recommend this place and if I could give more than five stars I would.

I called last wk for a quote on 2 motorcycle tires mounted and balanced. Their own tires in stock were $180 more than average retail so I brought my own new tires. I was quoted $215 to mount/balance my new tires when I called. But when I arrived, the price went up to $300 for "extra fees' that they evidently keep secret when you call? $12 for old tire disposal and the rest of the fees they called "miscellaneous" on the receipt. When I asked about "miscellaneous" they said it was because they had to use their tools. Imagine that, a shop that uses their own tools but charges extra for it (on top of $170/hr labor rate.) Shady way of doing things there... I will not come back.

Jeremy in the parts counter is the best. He always finds what I need, he recommends quality products and is very knowledgeable about all the products offered at this store. Jeremy is the main reason I frequent this store and give them my business.
