Purchased a used F150 literally over the phone. Really great experience and the truck was delivered to my home. After I signed the finance documents and the salesperson drove off with my trade I noticed the selling price was $500 more than agreed. I called the salesperson and he told me they would send it to the bank I financed the truck through. To my knowledge the bank has not received the credit I was promised. I have this in writing but the dealership refuses to return my phone calls and emails I’ve sent. Be careful doing business with this dealership and pay close attention to the financial paperwork.

Photos of vehicle looked good. Unfortunately they didn't bother showing pics of damaged seat, dent..paint over spray and damaged wheel. They cleared the check engine light codes to sell vehicle. Check engine light came on along with tire pressure light.I went at night when it was super cold and vehicle was so dirty. I didn't get to inspect it right. Sales guy kept saying they about to close.... I messed up and bought vehicle.Replaced o2 sensor and tire pressure sensor.Now looking for a used wheel and key insert since it didn't come with one eitherCalled dealer and all they can offer is a detail .

I’ve got my oil changed at Rockwall Ford since I’ve had my 2021 Explorer. The last 3 times I’ve had issues;1. Oil cap wasn’t put back on,2. Bottom guard wasn’t screwed back on and was dragging,3. Engine light came on because the wire connected to the air filter wasn’t plugged back in.Each time my husband took my car back to get it corrected. The last time, Service Manager Kris Wade;1.told my husband to have me come in with the card I paid with to have the oil change refunded for our troubles pretty much (quoted $45),2. gave him a typed out voucher for a free The Work Package for my next oil change3. told my husband to tell me to contact him directly to make an appointment for my next service.When I went in to get my refund, I had to reexplain the entire situation to Mr. Wade, because he couldn’t remember, to only be refunded $15.What happened was…The Service Rep quoted me $130 out the door with a certain package for an alignment and oil change. My mid-service quote was over $200 (I had added a $30 air filter). When asked she said she didn’t apply the discounts for the package yet. At the end she took off $35 for the line item on oil change stating that was the military discount and package discount, which made it the price it should have been.So when Mr. Wade looked at the oil change, he only refunded the $15…when I stated I thought it was $45 (later confirmed by my husband that is what Mr. Wade told him), he rudely pointed out the line item of the $15 oil change because they already gave me a $35 discount. When I then asked if the package and military discount and package was applied to everything and I wouldn’t have wasted my time stopping by for a $15 refund, he again, rudely pointed out the $15 oil change.I guess assuming military discounts and “packages” are applied to the ENTIRE purchase was wrong on my part. But I will still be assuming that Mr. Wades generosity would have been present had my husband come in with my card for the refund.

I brought the car in for a turbo over boost problem and they seemed to fix everything but the turbo over boost problem ….never telling me that the turbo over boost code would likely result in a $6000 repair bill to replace the turbo. Had I known that I would’ve not authorized the other repairs that didn’t impact the turbo at all. I feel like their policy took advantage of me… Spending $2000 in repairs that ended up not fixing the car for the reason that I brought it to them.Honesty, upfront would’ve likely saved me money and them time… But I’m pretty sure all they wanted was my money.

I wanted to take the time and send recognition to the Ford service team, in particular Kris Wade, and Jerald Diggs who I worked with to get my Ford Edge Sport repaired.After one transmission replacement and several attempts to understand a battery drainage issue, Kris and Jerald always remained professional and empathetic. Their level of service exceeded my expectations.To be honest, it is not an easy time to own a Ford, but their level of service and dedication to their roles made my car repair journey a little lighter.Thank you!

Went just to look around pretty much like everyone does to see things in person.. Carlos Sierra was my salesman I must say he made it simple and straight brought me 3 colors to choose from so I pretty much left with a new truck!! I also want to say Giovanni in Finance was the best ! Went over everything answered the questions I asked and made me feel welcomed and secured on my purchase! I will return for my next purchase or trade in! THANKS AGAIN!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS!!!!!I brought in my 2023 Ford Bronco for repairs and Ford Rockwall found my front pinion seal to be leaking. They said they would replace it under my factory warranty (see photos for repair done). Less than 5k miles later, my front differential has had “catastrophic failure” due to Ford Rockwall’s “repair” on the front pinion seal. They refuse to cover the cost of the damage unless I bring my vehicle back to them so they can fraudulently try to claim the damage as warranty damage. I’ve been without a vehicle now for almost a month while they give me the run around. This is my 2nd bad experience here and I do not trust them working on my vehicle AT ALL anymore. Save yourself the time and headache! If you have a Ford, take it to any other dealership but this one!

I am really happy with my purchase it was a tuff decision I was pretty picky and I have to admit the moment I walked in I wanted a seasoned salesman one that had been there a while. It was important to start positive in a friendly atmosphere. as I sat down Morris immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. It alleviated the intimidation you feel at times buying a new car. He got to wk the process was easy going which help to calm the experience. He was professional and knowledgeable open and offering transparent and honest advice, a good salesperson. He address any potential concerns about maintenance, warranty, and was assuring it was a great buy definitely providing peace of mind. Everyone was friendly greeted you as you walked in and Rob the sales manger was a great guy. They both played a key roll in addressing things that I was not sure about and said “ we want u to leave happy” and I did it took some throwing back and forth but thats what u have to do if u want to get the best deal and the car that you see your self driving off with, I purchase the 2024 Mustang it’s a dream come true to me I would highly recommend Morris at Rockwall Ford. He made it a great experience. Great group of guy. This is my 4th Ford I’ve purchased. Always like that American made vehicle it brings pride and a great feeling of knowing it’s made here. Hope we keep it going to support our economy. So stop by and buy at Rockwall Ford!

Rockwall Ford found the issue with my transmission and got it fixed in a reasonable amount of time! I had taken it to another dealer 3 different times and they were "never able to replicate the issue" after having it for weeks. Keith took care of me provided regular updates.

I had an amazing experience here today! Jamie took care of me and got my vehicle all set up. He made the process easy. My car had a recall along with ann oil change and alignment. and they got me my car back in about 2 hours! Highly recommend this location!
