Really great storage place. Always clean, always well-lit, never spooky or creepy in any way (some storage places feel just…creepy, but not here). The staff is always pleasant, helpful and friendly. They work to accomodate and customer service is an UNDERSTATEMENT at this facility.

The absolute best customer service experience. Friendly and professional is what we look for when doing business with any company Rockwall/ Fate self storage did not disappoint. Did I mention how they warm the truck up for you before starting your journey? Well Rockwall/ Fate self storage takes care of their customers. It's a smaller storage facility... Not that many storage units available but there's other parking available to store RVs or boats etc. There's U-Hauls you can rent from there and return as well.

We had an exceptional experience with the owner and staff at this facility. They provided assistance accessing the unit for move-out, were readily available for any questions and much needed advice, and were extremely helpful helping us arrange for disposal of unwanted items. Their fees were fair and other costs were adjusted to accommodate our needs. Our move was from the unit in Texas to our home in Maine. The owner and staff helped us with this long distance move by helping us arrange for the additional services we needed. Because of their assistance, we only had to make only one trip to Texas for final move-out. I will always appreciate the help they offered to make this an easier transition.

Great place to rent from especially U-haul. Owner is very pleasant to deal with and goes beyond to help you out. Rented a trailer and the owner was great to deal with and even loaned me a trailer hitch for free. I'll be coming back to this location in the future.

I rented a uhaul at this location. The person who helped me was friendly. He helped me identify a discount I had missed which saved me quite a bit of money. The whole experience was very pleasant. Highly recommend using this location for your uhaul rental and storage needs.

We booked a Uhaul at a separate location and it was double booked so the universe lead us to pick up or Uhaul from this location. Mohammad what is the best he was personable, polite and very helpful. When I ever need to reserve a storage unit in the future, I will undoubtedly reserve with Mohammad and this company.
