I love this little Drugstore. I’ve always received great service. It’s like taking a step back in time. You can reach them on the phone instead of a recording, they are friendly and helpful. I love the little store too. So cute!Bye bye- big chain pharmacies!! So glad I found Rockwall Drug.

My mom was able to purchase her medication here cheaper than a large RX store. She asked a separate question and the pharmacist gave her some advice and a free sample (supplies not medicine). She also purchased a child's birthday gift for a party later that day (very convenient). I got a B-12 shot on the spot which was convenient, though it was $10 more than I have ever/usually pay.

Not the same place it used to be. I loved going there and moved all my prescriptions and pay cash. I spend hundreds of dollars a month. They are no longer accommodating. I used to have my prescriptions delivered 1.5 ago then I moved closer and started going in. Now that I'm extremely sick and need the meds today. They won't even drop them off after work. I miss Chris. He made the place special.

This is such a wonderful drug store, it's like walking into the past but with all the pharmaceuticals of the present. They even fill prescriptions of difficult to find medications. The pharmscist was very knowledgeable and personable. It is in downtown Rockwall on the historic square and is convenient to get to, with plenty of parking in the back. The store has both a front and back entrance. The back entrance is very quaint and welcoming. I just loved going into this store and getting my prescription.

Taytum has helped me over the course of a couple of days and let me tell you I have never had a customer service experience like this before! Right from the beginning she’s was very sweet and helpful. I was recommended to this pharmacy from my Doctor, but I was not expecting the kindness and professionalism that I received. My new pharmacy. Thanks Taytum for your outpouring kindness!

I was not acknowledged even thought I was the only customer. They had a poor selection of items. I didn't get a good vibe from this place. It could have been due to my skin color or just not interested employees.

Staff is super helpful! I was having issues with the generic brand of medication I was taking. The staff was very accommodating and ordered the specific brand I needed.
