Buyer beware. We purchased a 2024 Grand Cherokee L series new in January. We have a case number dating to 3 days after purchase and still in process. I have one call information and emails to substantiate all of my claim. It is unknown when the technology issue will be resolved as stated in the weekly emails we receive. Since purchasing we have had numerous other technical issues that have not required us to take the vehicle back to the dealer. The dealership does not offer loaners for warranty work, rental from Enterprise but they do not pay taxes. You are responsible for all taxes, not explained to us in advance. Our vehicle sat for at least 5 days before being looked at, yes rental fees for lousy service scheduling. Finally after 2 weeks we were informed our vehicle was ready for pickup, oh yeah after we called multiple times to find out what was going on. I learned that they couldn’t replicate the problems but they reprogrammed our keys. But forgot to do the oil change service we also wanted but some how that didn’t make the list. Oh yeah none of our issues were corrected. Then surprised when Enterprise called and wanted to charge $155 for rental taxes. We have spoken to Management at the dealership and no help. Also many 2024 models have similar issues and the service department laughed when we explained the issues and said it is on going.

Could not be more pleased with my experience . The shop manager was very forthcoming with what he felt was wrong with my car and did not try to “upsell” me. Austin is very professional and pleasant. Will definitely return if I need any future repair or service to my Jeep Compass.
