I have now visited Lisa twice. Lisa's customer service was 100% dynamite. She is very welcoming to my son and I! I love that their drinks are a healthier alternative to my normal go-to smoothie place. Their drinks are tasty especially the peanut butter caramel thing I got this morning. Definitely go experience this place for youself!
Parking: Plenty of space to park!

Dietary restrictions: Lisa was very clear about the ingredients going in to my smoothie to make sure I had no issues. It was a great experience and a fantastic drink.

I have 2 athletes who train before school and then with their teams. They wanted to have a baseline done of their body composition. As a former athlete myself, I am always looking to track my numbers. Lisa met with us after school to do our body composition and made a few protein shakes for us. Lisa welcomed us, gave us great service, good recommendations and the shakes were tasty.

This place is amazing! I was greeted by Lisa when I came in, and she walked me through the menu and explained everything (which was helpful being it was my first time!). Everything about my visit was 10/10, and I will definitely be back soon! The shake and tea that I had were so good! I got the hello sunshine tea and the Elvis protein shake! They were so good! Wish I'd have tried this place out sooner!

The owners were EXTREMELY helpful and were also knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition. The shake and pre workout I bought was amazing!! I’ll never go to another nutrition center again other then Rock on!
