I’m always seeing posts asking for recommendations for nail salons almost as often as I see ones asking for massage therapists, personal trainers and chiropractors.
Anyways I want to share my experiences at this small place, 369 Nails and Spa.
I have been several times and each time, Lam, the owner, has been extraordinary kind and attentive.
I am half deaf so I read lips and he always makes @sure to speak slowly and clearly to assure I catch him and when I pull out AVA - the audio visual accessibility app on my phone, he speaks directly into it so that I know exactly what he’s saying.
I am very sensitive to any products with menthol so I asked him to make sure nothing had menthol in it and he took me seriously and showed me the ingredient list of all the products he used.
I’m attending a wedding this weekend so I actually had my fingers done, too, which is a blue moon thing for me. I’m very particular about my pedicure and the massage and I’m one of those women that doesn’t like the artificial “ kneading” and “ beating” of the massage chairs.. so I really appreciate a great leg and foot massage.
Lam gave an incredible, firm and soothing massage on my legs and especially my feet. He took his time and I never felt like he was rushing.
My manicure was also done very well- I only get a very basic manicure because I prefer my nails short.
This place used to be Nails by Vivian and that sign is still there. He told me that replacing the sign runs over 1000$ so they are going to wait on that expense.
This is a small place and I really like it so much better than the mega size ones with rows and rows of chairs and multiple nail techs.
Whenever I find a business that goes above and beyond in treating me right, I just got to talk about it because I appreciate kindness so much and I know what a huge impact a few good words can make to a small business.
Please go to 369 Nails and tell them that the half deaf woman told you good things about them!

Cleanliness: This place was awesome! The owners were accommodating to my requests and so friendly. Most of all, the English was spot on! I will definitely be back. You all should give this sweet couple a chance. You won’t regret it!!
