I often shop at this store. 70 days ago I purchased a Patagonia coat for my daughter for her bday this month. She happened not to like the color so I came to exchange it, and unknown to me, they have a 60 day return policy that’s in the fine print of the receipt.The manager refused to make an exception even though I was only a few days outside their return policy.It’s a shame that they will rather lose a customer than make an exception.Definitely not coming back here.Customer retention and satisfaction is not in their policies.

Just stopped In, looking for some oncloud shoes, I didn't make it 10 feet in the door without being asked if I needed help. I didn't catch the name of the employee that helped me, but it was the smoothest, quick, informative shoe buying process I've had. Very competitive with pricing. I would recommend and will return.

This store has some great brands and good prices. The pair of Hokas I got was $5 cheaper than on Amazon. Also, the young lady who helped me out was new, but she was very polite and really helpful in picking out the perfect shoe for my needs. I believe her name was Emma (from the cashier name on the receipt). Will definitely come back for my next pair.

This place has the BIGGEST selection of Hoka shoes! I have sent hundreds of patients here just for that! The team members are kind, enthusiastic, and seem genuinely interested in serving the customers! I'll be back again soon ?

All the things and more! What an awesome store. From ski gear, to so many shoe options, to Texas made clothing, and those amazing Capri candles! Everyone was very friendly and offered help. Wish I'd been in to check it out sooner!

Very nice store! My first time in...very expensive but sometimes you get what you pay for. Largest selection of On Cloud and Hoka i have seen anywhere. Lots of harder to find stuff and stuff i would normally have to go to Dallas for. Staff was very helpful
