Just read their corporate policy... “Our gender identity non-discrimination policy states that members and guests may use the facilities that best align with the sincere, self-reported gender identity.” Gross! Recent comment by company "may feel uncomfortable with a transgender member using the same locker room facilities, bathrooms, showers or other facilities separated by sex …This discomfort is not a reason to deny access to the transgender member.” Get out Planet Fitness. I am cancelling my daughter and sons membership asap.

The Rockwall location is clean and well maintained with plenty of space for working out. It's hardly ever busy, very easy to get access to the machines I need for my workout.

Super friendly staff, clean and tidy facility, overall great environment to focus and get a great workout in. Really enjoying all the added amenities that come with the Black Card membership too. Highly recommended if you’re thinking about joining a gym.. Already recommended to multiple friends. Love it!

Staff is always friendly, helpful and smiling. I think the gym is well equipped but could use more lifting equipment, also a second dumbbell area. When the crowd meter hits two it is unlikely to get into this area. People don’t move on and in a two hour workout you still may not be able to fit in. Same thing for the curl bars. A second rack would help. These end up all over the gym and everyone is using the same weight. Great gym though and I would recommend it!

Beware: don’t go in a lay-down tanning bed. I watched them NOT clean between tanners. I don’t even know how many times this has probably happened to me! The staff here seems bored and incompetent. I’ve been to Plano, Allen and Richardson and they’ve all been very friendly and eager to help. We literally watched a girl CROCHET behind the counter at the Rockwall location. Instead of standing there doing nothing, ask your staff to clean the facilities and the tanning beds! Disgusting!
