Came home from weekend out of town. Wanted easy supper delivered. They confirmed my order online then it was cancelled. I even added 18% driver tip for the 0.6 miles. Marcos for the win so the kids can get fed. Should have known better.

Tried to order off the 2 for 1 Pi Day coupon and they only sent one pizza. Tried to call and explain to them and they just wanted to make and deliver another pizza just to cut the conversation short. The guy on the phone basically said that he didn’t have time for us. When we received the ONE pizza, it looked like it had been dropped and all the toppings were piled up on one side.

I ordered through the app at 4pm and I had it ready for 5:45pm, I ordered a pizza with cheese on the edge and the bread on one side of the pizza was still raw, it needed to be cooked further, I ordered an order of potatoes with lemon pepper and I only received 13 strips of potatoes for 4 dollars and they were not seasoned. I asked for some cinnamon rolls for dessert and they were also raw in the middle. They needed to be fully cooked. A meal that I expected to be good since I paid 35 dollars for it turned out to be half raw and half bad ?

Great customer service. The young lady that answered the call was very knowledgeable regarding their menu. The order was for delivery and as she told me 30 minutes the pizzas were delivered in about 30 minutes. They were delish!!!

Being a manager at Pizza Hut this is very much unacceptable. My store would never send anything out like this. For one this is not a big dinner box. 2. The topping on this pizza are not even close to Pizza Hut standards. 3. If this was sent out DoorDash or even Uber where we my after stickers. This should definitely be a credit. I would take some time and Coach that team on how much quality plays a part in customer satisfaction.

Contactless delivery does not mean anything to these people, they still ring the doorbell! Also I am glad that I order extra sauce because that means I get little to no sauce...what is wrong with just about any pizza joint and putting sauce on a pizza?

I purchased an order that I didn’t receive. I called this morning to see if I could get my money back and it took 10 calls for them to answer. They transferred 3 times and still no one answered. I just want my money back. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice but not very helpful. I don’t blame her for the situation but there needs to be a better system so things like this doesn’t happen. I will be sticking with papa johns. Thanks

The pizza is mediocre to begin with. It was convenient because of it's location. I only do take out and not delivery so I cannot address that option. What I can say is the customer service all the way to the owners, who I met, is awful. I went in and paid for my pizza and waited on a receipt. The receipt I got was not mine. I was then accused of not paying for the food. I will never buy another pizza from this place.

Delivery was perfect..speedy and friendly. The pizza on the other hand. I'm pretty sure they forgot to add the cheese. The pepperoni kept falling off and all you could see was the sauce. I'll be going back with Domino's. Such a Shame.
