I been going to this place for more than 5 years . The manicurist they had were great . So for the second time I try to do them with the owner (Tony ) he did a poor job. I try to explain to him that the way he acted wasn’t good customer service . My nails look horrible . Had got the French nails . My nails turn out with white dots all over . He said that’s how the dip look like Z no sir .. He try to give me run arounds -excuses . I was very disappointed by him . I go every 2 weeks to get nails done and he could not give a me a store credit . He rather loose 3 customers- mom - I - daughter.Service: Manicure

The pedicurist was wonderful and very sweet, the manicurist is an entirely different story. She was rude, openly told her coworkers she didn’t want to do my nails, did not do the almond shape I asked for several times, the tips are barely on my nails and on a few literally not on there and she was fully putting acrylic on top of it, a couple were crooked and she trimmed the top of the tip off and placed another tip on top of that one, then when I mentioned almond again she trimmed a nail wet with acrylic and rolled her eyes when she showed me, I told her to stop the service because I wasn’t going to sit in there a second longerServices: Pedicure

Horrible customer service , Tony is very rude and unprofessional. I was told $28 for French white tips, but later since I said pink & white ( he knew I meant the white tips ) he charged me $38. Before he even started I asked him if it’s $28 and he said yes. Then at the end tells me it’s almost $40. It’s not even about the money, just the fact that he told me somethint completely different and then all the other employees joined in to tell me how I was wrong. Very uncomfortable experience, my family has been going here for years, never again! They have lost our business completely! Nail lux is where it’s at!Services: Acrylic nails

I have been going to Pinky Nails in Rockwall for year. I have moved to Denton a while back but when ever I am in Rockwall I try to see Henry for gel mani & Kim for pedi. I called yesterday right after they opened & tried to schedule appointments with both of them. I was told Henry was already booked but Kim was available for pedi at 2:00. I accept the 2:00 I was offered & arrived at 1:45 speaking to Tony mgr telling him who I was & had appt with Kim at 2:00. He told me to pick a color & I told him I wanted a French pedi & did not want a mani only a pedi. He told me to go to seat #4 & he started the water in foot bath & that they would be with me in just a min. I patiently waited thinking it was my fault for being early. At 2:40 ( 40 min after my appt) I walked up front & ask what time they had put me down on Kim's appt book. Sally told me Kim was finishing up that she was doing a gel pedi & it takes more time. Mind you many people had come in after me & were getting service. By this time I had been in salon for 55 min. I explained I had to go because I had to drive back to Denton. Sally was nice but they had all just let me sit there waiting for almost an hour! Obviously Kim had just started the girl she was working on right before I walked in. ATTENTION APPOINTMENT TIMES MEAN NOTHING AT THIS SALON. THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THEY WOULD HAVE EXPLAINED SITUATION TO ME WHEN I walked in. STILL DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY KIM WOULD START ON ANOTHER CUSTOMER JUST MINUTES BEFORE I HAD AN APPOINTED TIME CHOOSEN BY THEM, I WAS NOT A WORK IN OR WALK IN!!! VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PLACE I HAVE USED FOR YEARS. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED IN A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. I AM DONE WITH THEM.

Today was my first and last time stepping foot in this place! I walked in and noticed all of the staff members had on mask so I asked if I needed on and was told yes. I then noticed that non of the customers had on mask. One on the customers looked any me and said you don’t need a mask. I asked her if she heard him tell me o needed on and she said yes. I just walked out. Never again!

I went to take my mother to get her nails done. They have van that offers a full mani/Pedi for $38 wich is why I take them there. I know that people pay alot to get their nails done, and I don't understand why. The supplies used are not that expensive and to earn $35 an hour to apply this material in an air conditioned room is too much in my opinion but, I've seen worse things. The reason that I gave such a low grade is that one, I hate when they talk to you in English and then to themselves in another language then say it's now $45 price for up. and they haven't changed their signs. That is "bait and switch"

The staff here are awesome! The owner, however, is a jerk!He does not honor appointments. If someone arrives before you, he will give your appointment to them....even if you are on time. Disrespectful.
