My precious boy Hershey passed away Monday evening, 3/18/24 at the age of 17 years old. I had for years already prepared to have him cremated at Pet Memories. I brought him in the next morning and I was able to get him cremated right away. Hershey passed away in my arms that night, and by early afternoon, he was home with me. The staff is great and caring. They will always be my first choice for pet cremation.

Pet memories was superb to deal with. I called at 8 am with my 18 year old pup that had passed away and they handled everything with respect, dignity, and professionalism. I paid the extra small fee for same day service so I could bring my buddy right back home with me. Dee, Mitch , and Greg were all great to deal with.

I lost my beautiful girl Lily a few weeks ago, and my vet recommended Pet Memories for cremation. I have nothing but good words to say. The team here is so compassionate and understanding. I was able to have my beautiful baby back the same day we had her cremated. You don’t understand how much I appreciate the support during hard times like these. I didn’t like the thought of burying her and having her close to me in a beautifully made box, and having our dog's name engraved meant so much. I cannot thank Pet Memories enough. I definitely recommend for those looking for an affordable cremation of their pet.

We had contacted Laps Of Love to come do an in-home euthanasia visit on our 16 and a half year old rescue Bassador. He passed away before the vet could arrive and when we called to let them know, we were told that they won’t handle after care. Luckily, I found Pet Memories, which David arrived within 30 minutes. His sympathy and gentle care helped put us at ease for letting our long time companion go. We received a paw print and beautiful box containing his ashes, much faster than going through the vet clinics. The care and understanding given is extremely appreciated.

Our family dog passed away unexpectedly. Pet memories offered a private cremation at a fair price. I felt comfortable having our dog sent to them because of how close they are to our veterinary clinic. My dog was returned within 3 days, in a beautiful wooden box with a plaque of his name. We were offered other services, such a paw print. I greatly appreciate the care Pet Memories handled our beloved dog. The even provide a free obituary, which really helped me to have some closure. This is definitely a different experience than when I had my cat cremated in 2011 with a different service.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, as I’ve never had a pet cremated before, but this place exceeded any I had! Mitch was so caring and compassionate with us. We were walked through every step of the process and were never made to feel stupid with our questions. Highly recommend! (There was another gentleman that helped us on the day we dropped our cat off, but I didn’t get his name. He was great and caring to us as well).
