We were treated really well. In and out quickly. his dog was a little leery when we got there. When they brought her out, she almost didn’t want to leave due to attention and great care she got from the staff.

3084 N Goliad St Suite 104, RockwallEmergency visit to RUV on Sunday evening with my senior kitty Sophie. She had not eaten or used the litter box in 3 days and was very lethargic. Christina greeted me and kept me informed of the Dr availability. Although the wait was long, Dr. Lemelli did a thorough exam of Sophie and determined she had a UTI. They gave her several antibiotics and referred me to my regular vet for a further check on her kidneys. Everyone here is extremely professional and compassionate and explained everything to me in the process. They even gave me a blanket when I was chilly! I highly recommend this urgent care vet... if you have to wait upon arrival, just be patient... it will be worth it for both you and your pet! Julie S.

Animal Hospital of Fate
1001 TX-66, RockwallTwo of our dogs got into it and one had a deep puncture wound. I called our vet and they were unable to see him. I called this place and the lady on the phone was so nice and said just come in, we will work you in. I was so surprised. They got us back quickly and knew exactly what to do for him. We were in and out super fast, and all staff were super kind!! Our dog is all healed up now and looks great! Thank y'all so much!!

931 E Interstate 30, RockwallThe staff was very kind and helpful but misdiagnosed my dog. I was told she had a cruciate ligament rupture and would possibly need surgery for ACL. I took my dog to an animal hospital today and they did an x-ray and said the ACL was perfectly fine and they did surgery to repair the patella. The weighing station at Banfield was pretty gross to put my dog on. It does not appear to be cleaned daily to prevent the spread of diseases between dogs.

3010 Ridge Rd, RockwallDr. Smith and her staff are so wonderful and show their compassion. My female dog was not herself and as a mother, I was extremely worried. I called Banfield and they could not get her in for another 3 days, so I called VCA, they had me come in the next morning at 8 am. My little girl didn't want to go in (she doesn't like any vet) and she was being very stubborn in the parking lot. A staff member saw me struggling with her and came out and helped. It was a lot for two women trying to get a 66 lb. stubborn Australian Shepherd inside, but we did it :). She was awesome. I can't thank Dr. Smith and her staff enough. I've never felt so good and secure with my dog. Not to mention how much by little girl felt love and compassion from everyone. Went above and beyond. I couldn't be any more comfortable, happy and loved! Thank all of you! I have already sent out messages to all my friends that VCA Ridge Road in Rockwall is the place to go!!!

I brought my dog Harley in for a routine checkup and abdominal xray as she was having the Hershey squirts for the past week before. We are sitting in the waiting room when all of a sudden this big brolic dog mounts my poor Harley in a fit of rage and lets nature take its course. No help from any of the employees! I have to remove this big horndog from my dear sweet Harley to save her from the horrors that awaited her! But I was too late!! Brutus had already finished the job and now my poor sweet Harley was going to be a mother to his offspring. We ended up bringing her back for the birth of the dogs and I have to say the service was much better this time! Very helpful staff.

My 2 month old doberman worked with Nykia for 12 weeks and the results truly speak for themselves. Nova is an extremely well behaved pup and receives compliments for her calm & obedient nature no matter where we go. the staff & ashley are always so responsive and willing to help. the lifetime support you receive is also extremely valuable as when Nova came home there was an adjustment period for which i had questions for. Nykia took her time to coach me through the phone and was patient to answer my 2000 questions. it would really be a waste of time, effort & money taking your pup anywhere else.

My dog, an 8-year old Boxer-AmStaff rescue, is very high-anxiety and high-energy, so he needs proper kennel care. He is not good with some other dogs sometimes, but he needs the big space to exercise that the Rockwall facility offers. Pappy's handled this need well.My dog transitioned back to my care with no evident trauma or bad habits picked up.

We went on Sunday night but the wait time for our table of 9 was about 20 minutes. The restaurant is super clean and it’s pretty inside. It’s a little dark in some areas but not too bad. The food is amazing definitely recommend the pupusas and the flan!! Our waiter was super friendly and attentive, we didn’t have to wait for drink refills or for chips and salsa. We told him that we were celebrating a birthday and after the meal he cleared our table and brought out the flan with a candle. I can’t wait to go back again ☺️

We are pretty picky with our wines, and the fact that we found a place so close to home that we enjoy while being able to support a local business, we ? % joined the club! Also, don't be fooled by this being a winery! They have a full menu and the food is on point too! We ordered the chicken salad crossaint (had big chunks of moist chicken) and the black forest panini (lots of yummy meat and great flavors!) Cherry on the top is the staff is reason enough to return. They were all very kind, made the experience top notch and the place has a great vibe. Thanks for landing in Rockwall Rosini Vineyards!
