Great experience. I Stopped by to print out a contract. Process was easy, inexpensive, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Charged $118.09 for one package with dimensions of 22"x14"x10" and weight of 11 lb 4 oz shipping from TX to MN via USPS Ground Advantage. I can generate that label myself for $20 with services available to the public. An item (a Prada perfume) was also missing from the auction lot I purchased from their business partner (Rusty by Design). No explanation from either company.
I was told I would be contacted by the owners regarding the high shipping charge, but that was over a week ago. This issue was brought to their attention 13 days ago. I do not recommend working with this company. Learn how to generate labels online yourself when possible. Unfortunately for me, it was not an option in this scenario and have no recourse other than this review.
Edit: I really don't like having to do this, but wanted to add I did receive a phone call today (17 days after the issue was brought to their attention) from I believe her name was Erica, one of the owners. I've never encountered such a disrespectful tone as a customer. She told me I should actually be pleased because they intended to charge me $34 more (so $152 for one package) gave me a bunch of excuses, and actually laughed at me on at least one occasion during a one-sided (her talking) phone "conversation" that lasted 25 minutes.
She suggested I could have just forfeited my auction winnings, which is apparently something people do when faced with the high shipping charges from this place.
Eventually, I said I don't have any additional time for this call and that we clearly weren't going to agree. I was guilt tripped for leaving a negative review - but it is all factual and I hope it will serve as a warning to others. The call was upsetting and a further nuisance and waste of my time.
For complete transparency, if I were to add anything, it's that the person who initially helped me, named Elaine, was polite and that the items arrived undamaged. I shouldn't have to applaud people for doing their job, but those are the only two positive/reasonable aspects of my experience.

Needed to ship something to a relative out of state and the staff here was so informative and patient with me as I figured out what the best option would be. Quick phone call and was able to have it shipped within a couple days. Niece's birthday present arrived safe and sound and I will be returning in the future!

Well. I won't go into the whole story, but after reading all the other reviews, I'm with you guys. Shafted on shipping, and no one gives a crap at that place. Sad. I'm going to make sure the auction company that uses them knows too cause I won't be doing business with them if they use Pak N Post.
