Very unhappy with the over all experience.
Been close to 30 hrs since I took my mother to them and the The pharmacy has yet to receive any of her scripts,the The CT orders has yet to be sent. When my mother was beeing seen I felt it was being rushed,the answers to questions I asked were vague.
To speak with someone you leave a message and wait for hrs to have call returned only to leave another message Verbally to someone to tell the "team".I have been told they are excellent doctors but they need a new day to day business model. Will never take my mother back if I have anything to do with it.

From the initial visit with Dr. Bruno Gross to the post surgery follow up everyone has been very professional and friendly and a pleasure to be with. The surgery went better than I could have imagined. Dr. Gross is top tier. The hospital staff was wonderful; I actually wanted to stay another day but in and out in a day. Why did I wait so long to do this? What can I say; now I feel like Leo Sayer in "I can dance"!

The attention and care that I received while being treated at the OSD Forney Physical Therapy location was beyond reproach.
The team took outstanding care of me during my Rehab process. Starting with the customer service at the front desk with Kim, and continuing back to the treatment area with Nicole along with Matt.
I really appreciate all the care I received, and now I feel 100% better than what I did prior to my treatment sessions.

My experience with OSD has been great.... had hip replacement surgery and recovery has gone well. The Rockwall staff and the Wylie PT staff are super professional. Dr. Gross is an exceptional surgeon and an outstanding person.

I can’t say enough good things about Nurse practitioner, Sara Lewis. I saw her today, desperate to get some answers, pain relief, and a plan of care. Sara did not disappoint. She was very empathetic to my feelings and I could feel that she truly cared. I’ve never asked for a hug from a provider but I did today! Looking forward to facing this head on with the support of Sara. Thanks to her and the staff in Royse City today.

Dr. Bruno Gross is an exceptional surgeon. My husband was in need of a knee replacement. The surgery and recovery went so well, my husband is walking with a cane and doing physical therapy himself at home. We are so pleased with the outcome that we highly recommend Dr. Bruno Gross. He is so nice in addition to being so talented.

Dr Gross is so kind and listens to your situation. I did not feel rushed or neglected. His care and diagnosis were so helpful. He did not rush to surgery but allowed me to make the decision best for myself and my time. I highly recommend Dr Gross and his team.
