I don’t retail shop very much but my girls wanted a certain kind of athletic leggings so I brought them here. The woman who checked us out was so helpful. I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her the credit she deserves. I’m usually afraid to even ask questions in stores because most people don’t want to be bothered. But she was so kind and approachable.Thanks!

Only one cashier. The store advertised sale at 75 percent off and 9.99 or under, but when we look at the tags, they are all higher. Can't find a worker to help. Only buy when the items are on sale otherwise it's a bit overpriced for the quality of the item. In a shopping mall with other stores so no issue on parking.

I love this old navy in rockwall been there so much in 2017-2018 when I was staying at my aunts I still have my outfits from there I pray that Kathy interview and hire me I have open availability I’m very flexible trustworthy outgoing truthful etc! I would love to work with clothes and work with the associates help the customers with their needs and just have fun with the job:)

One would think when you spend over $50 on back to school clothes they would give you a free freaking bag this is Texas we shop big and we need to be able to carry our stuff around without being charged for a bag.give us a break Old Navy and give back the free bags

I understand needing a return policy but in the days of being busy and only having the weekends to run errands when you WORK FULL TIME I don't understand 30 days No returns/no store credit nothing. Not a customer oriented business.

Came to this location yesterday 4/22/23. Was in the line for about a good 15 mins they only have one associate at the resgister and line steady forming finally a manager came to check me out i was very irritated. They always hiring but only has one associate behind the resgister don’t understand that at all.
