This is by far my favorite New Balance Store. Every time I have visited this store the customer service has been impeccable. The employees are very knowledgeable about their products and they take the time to make sure my needs are met. I just love this store and I highly recommend it.

Caring people who really make sure you have the fit that you need. Prices are high, but for feet like mine, I really need to be fitted into the right shoe to avoid knee and back problems. New Balance does that really well.

I would come home and complain that my feet hurt so my fiancée bought me a pair of work shoes from new balance. A world of a difference. They definitely won me over and now I’m starting to wear them out for casual everyday use. (Not my work shoes). Can’t recommend this place enough. Staff is always willing to help.

Power went out just as I walked into the store. They helped me find the shoes I wanted and put them back for me to pick up later. When power was restored they notified me and I went and picked up my shoes. They could have turned me away at the door. Good service!
