Came to get a ring resized. They were very nice, did it in just a couple days. Competitive price and so much easier than other jewelry stores I first went to. Also they do it all in-house which is great peace of mind since we didn’t want anything to get lost. I will definitely be back for other jewelry needs and for purchases in the future.

The selection of jewelry here is super limited, and what they have is a little on the pricey side. My wife picked up my favorite watch here about four years ago and it's never missed a beat. Swinging in yesterday to check them out in person was a bit of a let down, but they are a family run business which focuses on the personal relationships with their customers. If you want a huge selection of jewelry at average prices check out one of the major chains, but if you care more for a personalized experience than this if your place.

It took five phone calls to get an answer.. and then when they finally answer, they acted like they were upset because I was trying to get in touch with them? Tried to quote me $120 for a basic clasp repair. When I gave her the exact details of my necklace in the size of the class by needed she acted like I still had to bring it in and when I said, I’m trying to get a rough ballpark estimate she said anywhere from $120-$150… to replace a tiny clasp. Dont waste your time here, they are 100% going to take advantage and try to get over on you even when you know exactly what you need. That’s all these places make money diamonds and gold aren’t worth anything anymore. They just take advantage of un educated people.

My wedding set was in bad shape, they built me a brand new set and it turned out amazing. My ring looks better now than it did originally. Their suggestions were perfect and I couldn't be happier with my ring. I highly recommend Nasr to anyone and will continue to take my jewelry to them. Thank you Nasr for all your help !

Steven was wonderful to work with! I had some pieces appraised and repaired and they did an excellent job. Kind, professional, and timely with clear communication. The jewelry pieces on display were absolutely stunning, as well.

This company is top notch from their friendly and skilled customer service to excellent craftsmanship. Had my wedding ring repaired and sized and it has not looked this good since it was purchased! We will certainly be using this company again and recommending them to anyone looking.

Great customer service is not dead! I went here yesterday needing the battery replaced on my watch. These people don't know me. They replaced the battery in minutes when I asked what I owed, he's reply was it's on us. Unbelievable! I can't vouch for this being their standard, but it left an impression. I will be back.

I’m in awe of this jeweler. I went in and was treated wonderfully, and I admire their willingness to explain to me what I had questions about.
