I thought I would like this place given it has so many highly rated reviews. Unfortunately, I am disappointed. I received a dip manicure and regular pedicure. The pedicure looks great and has held up perfectly. The only part that disappointed me from the pedicure was the massage part was noticeably shorter than advertised on the menu. However, I will not be coming back due to the value of the dip manicure. It was the thinnest dip I have ever received. It started cracking within a few days after the appointment. I am 2 weeks out and had so many pieces chipped off I had to remove the rest myself. Typically I can go 3 weeks without cracks or changing out the dip. It might depend on which manicurist you see but I won’t be trying this place again to find out.

They seem sweet , but they will charge you a price without your permission. I received a manicure and pedicure. The price for both services together was 105.00$ but they charged my card for 164.00 !!! And this was out without my permission because my receipt is only for 137. 00. I do not mind spending money on self-care, but I do mind when a business takes advantage of their customers. I am very dissatisfied with how they Overpriced the service it wasn’t worth it.

I had such a wonderful experience at Nail Luxe! Tina always does an amazing job with my manicure and pedicure, and her massages are the best. She’s not only highly skilled but also very sweet and kind, which makes every visit relaxing and enjoyable. I actually followed her to Nail Luxe after she left her previous salon because she’s that incredible, both professionally and personally.
As for Nail Luxe itself, I loved it from the moment I walked in—it’s very clean, beautifully laid out, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The employees and owners are professional, friendly, and make you feel comfortable right away. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend this salon!

Easily the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. CONSTANTLY (literally every 2 minutes) being asked to add on stuff so they can up charge you, gel polish chipping after 2 days, the girl doing it had an attitude until she saw me tip her 20. I am the furthest thing from a “karen” and have never left a negative review but I don’t want anyone wasting their money here!!

DO NOT GO THERE!
We went there on July 2, 2025, after I got a text discount. My wife told them clearly what she wanted. Fake nails. A full treatment. They ignored her and decided for her like she didn’t know what she came for. Started painting her real nails without adding fake ones. She said no multiple times. They didn’t care. They rushed her from the jump and acted like her words didn’t matter.
Pedicure was trash. Anna barely scrubbed her feet. Didn’t lotion her. Didn’t do anything close to what they promised. Then they moved her to the nail bar and kept rushing. She could tell the woman didn’t want to take her time. She told her to stop and take the polish off. And they had the nerve to charge her anyway for labor. What labor? Y’all messed up.
I spoke up. Told the staff my wife didn’t even get the full service. Another lady stepped in and only offered to lotion her feet after everything was done. That’s not fixing it. That’s fake effort.
They said they’d give us a $10 discount for the “miscommunication” and only gave us $5. Tried going back and forth but we were over it. Paid and got ready to leave. Then they switched up and said they’d fix everything for free. Nah. Too late. We walked out. We’re not letting them win.
Front desk lady gave my son a cookie because he was crying from all the chaos. We threw it away. Not accepting fake kindness after real disrespect.
Let’s be real. They treat white customers better. Took their time with them. Smiled. Gave attention. With us? Rushed, dismissive, loud voices like we couldn’t understand. We’re Deaf, not stupid. And Black. The treatment was clear.
We went to another place nearby and had the total opposite experience. The staff actually listened, respected what my wife wanted, and made her feel good again.
Nail LUXE? Never again. Racist. Rude. Disrespectful.
Black folks, Deaf folks, anyone with self-respect—don’t go here. You deserve better.
