Seems all the women in the lobby would rather talk to each other rather than help a customer they made eye contact with waiting behind them at the desk... whoever the manager is here needs to put on his big boy pants.

I waited 25 minutes in the only drive thru line, to find that the poor teller was the only person working inside and the outside teller positions. She finally came to the window to tell me that she had three people in front of me on the inside. I explained I'd been waiting 25 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. She said she was the only one working. It's ridiculous HIRE MORE PEOPLE!

Only in Texas for one day closing out mother's estate. The staff at this branch was so accommodating and helpful! Couldn't have done everything without them!

I have been with BOA since 1984 when I was in 10th grade. My mom and family has always banked with BOA. When BOA went thru all the negative press, I stayed and even defended bc it had never happened to me. well today 9/29/22 @ 1630 I had a very rude awakening from the branch manager by the name Kelly. Now I have had rude service from customer service over the phone, but was always able to call and get it rectify. But I have never, since moving to Rockwall, received this level of customer service for an $8 fee I was requesting be reverse since it was BOA's fault (in my opinion). My daughter deposited her check from Liberty mutual for 13K into my account and was apparently not cleared unbeknownst to me. And I was charged an $8 fee for not maintaining the set amt in my account. when I walked into to the bank and asked to speak to an agent, Kelly said "well they are all busy right now and will take about 30 mins but I can help you" to which I said well I can wait bc I want some privacy. Then I pointed to a free agent in her cubicle and Kelly said "Well she has to speak with someone on the phone". Kelly then walked out into the two offices that had bank associate free and whispered somethings into their ears and of course the one picked up the phone and started laughing. When I did finally see one of the banker, I asked to close my all my accounts and she rudely said "you can do it now but I advise you stop all your automatic debit first" And she went on to explain how I could. I also asked for the fee reversal and she goes on to explain why she could not do it bc she would get in trouble. SO IN A NUTSHELL BOA IS ABOUT TO LOOSE MY BUSINESS.

Attempted to deposit a tax refund via a debit card. The very hasteful manager grabbed the card and ran off to the back while I was still waiting in line. She came back a few minutes later and said "it was declined". When I asked if she had entered the 4 digit PIN, she said - "it didn't require one." I went back to my truck and contacted the state of Oklahoma (the issuer of the tax refund). I was told it absolutely required the PIN I'd already set up prior. I went back inside to run the card again and was told by both a teller and then again the hasty manager - "We cannot run the card again because it was declined." It was declined because she didn't enter the PIN as I'd told them it required. Why was I not allowed to simply slide and enter my own PIN numbers and cards?? Refusing to simply slide the card again was a personal choice the manager made. The teller made it clear it was up to the manger. This is not a BOA policy- it was the manger's "on the fly policy" to not run the card again. She clearly just wanted to be "right" rather than help resolve her own mistake. Had I just run the card myself I'm certain it would have gone through. I've been a BOA customer for 20 years..... apparently they don't care. I will never visit this listless effort of a branch again despite it being the closest one to me. Considering closing all accounts as apparently BOA doesn't require customer service...even from their mangers.

I went to the drive through and deposited $5000 cash. The next day when I got ready to pay bills my balance did not reflect the deposit . After calling the district office , I was informed that I would have to go to the branch to rectify the matter and show my deposit receipt. When I got there, they said they were aware and it would be in my account in 3 days. I needed to pay bills yesterday. This is the 2nd time this similar issue has happened with Bank of America. The whole purpose of depositing cash was for immediate access. Not a great bank and definitely not a great experience!!!

During this pandemic, I don't know why they haven't open the drive-thru. Who wants to go into the lobby and possibly get contaminated by an employee or other customers!

I came into the bank to close a savings account. I had been being charged a monthly serve fee for about six months and finally got tired of it. I was assisted by a very friendly and helpful bank associate who explained that my account was a very old one and didn't exists anymore. She was able to reverse a few months of the service fee and set it up to be a student account with a debit card for my 16 year old son! It was perfect! This turned in to a great experience. I have banked here for years and will continue to do so.

They have 2 employees. 25 customers waiting. I guess they want to save money and run people off to go outside to the ATM. Nice job. I would never apply for a loan when a simple deposit takes 25 minutes! Advice to the manager...please hire 2 more people. This is ROCKWALL.

Under the new leadership by Maurice and new interior remodeling, this branch location has exceeded my expectations as a new Rockwall resident. Mindy, the Merrill Lynch specialist, and Varuna, the client relationship manager, were both superb in addressing, advising and establishing all account needs for now and the future. Look forward to making this my primary branch for banking.

If I could give it less I would. They never have any tellers. The other people that work there look at you from their glass offices but don't try and help. Cars in line out into Kroger parking lot...

I was very impressed with this branch. I had an appointment with the notary and while I was waiting someone came to ask me if I needed anything to make sure I was getting the help I needed. Spencer helped me with my notary needs and he was excellent.

Such a lazy bank!!! If you are in needing of assistance the best chance to get help is "calling customer service on the back of your card" this has already happened to me TWICE where I had set up an appt to meet up with someone and BOTH TIMES DIDNT GET SEEN FOR MY REQUESTED APPT TIME!!! My appt was at 1:30 & the gentleman approached me around 1:50 telling me it would be 5 more minutes or I could call customer service on the back of my card?! I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE FOR A REASON. I had limited time today since I scheduled it during my lunch time!! Save yourself the trip and call customer service first because they ANSWER ALOT FASTER AND MORE EFFICIENTLY THAN THIS BUILDING!!!!
