They are so nice and a lot of stuff! Sometimes the people in the front (register) talk to each other and they forget customers a little bit! ?

Nice workers/cashiers. Only one lane open though. Their prices are high for normal price items but they usually have a 40%off or sign up your email for 25% off. They do have free membership rewards and will get you $5 or $10 here and there to spend. Their sale items are good when it's 75 percent off. Unsure if this store has grab bags, but those are good. Located in a shopping mall with plenty of parking spaces.

Beware, they will discount items but they will be misplaced and the shelf price will not match up with the item and they won’t match that price.Organize your store properly with the correct tags for your customers. Male manager was rude. Lady at the front counter was kind.

Staff was rude. Ordered a custom glass was told it would take two weeks. Came back in two weeks to it not being done. They rushed to cut it but it isn’t right and now we can’t get anyone to come give a refund because they are in a meeting. It has been twenty minutes and still nobody.

Worst experience ever I placed an order to pick up in store same day… long story short they emailed me the following day with a ready for pick up. But I wasn’t able to go, the following day I get a voicemail from someone named Alex from the store talking about…we are sorry for the inconvenience we had to cancel your order. That I had placed days before at this time and was email the day before that it was ready for pick up… I had payed for my order and then they sell it to other people and call to let me know that my order was cancelled. No thank you I will never again be a Michale’s customer

No one responded to curbside. I was the only one parked for curbside pickup. After 10 minutes or so, I called. Someone answered but never said anything. I could hear employees talking. I went in, & my order was not out with the orders for me to get. There was no line, & 2 employees were talking, possibly training. My order was in a cabinet. I talked to the manager, Gary. He did not smile or ask if he could help. I just told him the situation. When I asked, he said they do have someone monitoring the curbside pickup, "...but we have a lot of curbside orders." When I left, I was still the only customer in curbside parking. Customer service was terrible & disappointing.

Super friendly staff with a slightly busted bathroom.The girl who helped me was so nice. And it was fun to go with my family to just look around at all the fall stuff.The only downfall was the bathroom. It was a little dirty (public bathroom, it's whatever) but above the toilet there was a funny little sign. It said slow.... Just keep flushing.

Michaels is always fun to be in, but their Halloween section is simply the best! I love this arts and crafts store more than any other 10/10 and friendly staff too!
