Don't waste your time and money coming here. My husband and I trusted Elena with our taxes since 2015 until she screwed us with my husband’s immigration case. We were young and didn’t know any better and trusted her to file his immigration case. We provided all docs necessary (including our original marriage license and money orders with receipts attached) just for her to later ghost us. My husband later went to her to figure out an update on his case and she said she never received anything from us. She kept our original marriage license and our money orders! ☹️ We called USCIS and there is absolutely no file/petition filed for my husband. This was a while back but it hurts to know people like this exist and that we trust the wrong people. Unfortunately, we never signed a contract or received any receipts from her so it’s difficult to take this to a legal matter. ?

Don't waste your time and money going here. We went to her for ITIN renewal 2 years ago my husband couldn't file his taxes because his itin was expired and the itin renewal was not completed. I personally i had to call Irs office to figure out she didn't submit one of the forms. My husband went to her to figure out reasons why itin was not renewed we never heard from her back! Since it wasn't my first time someone did this to us. I had to call irs and file another itin renewal at the farmers branch location. I just got a letter back all renewed. I can't believe there are people like this rude and screw people over. It's ridiculous. If you want something done right do it yourself!!
