Steve "Gramps" Cathey is quite possibly the best. I felt at easy and not at all like he was trying to sell me anything. Steve genuinely wanted to find the right fit for me and my family. He showed us units that matched our needs perfectly and was so caring. I'm looking forward to doing business further with McClain. I will never go back to another dealership.

I purchased a toy hauler it was suppose to have been checked out. As I live a long way from there the gal that walked me thru the trailer obviously didn't know the plumbing for water had been changed. Do to health issues I wasn't able to use the trailer till this summer there by canceling the 30 warranty but when I took it out the pump would not pump we found out the plumbing had been changed and bypassed the valves but the small filter that was on there had a small cracked and was sucking air no problem I was not going to drive it 500 miles to have an 8 dollar part put on but it would have been good to know they were suppose to have gone thru it to make sure things worked I don't know how they could have used the valves to turn the water on to check the pump as they were not connected thevonly one connected was the hot water heater bypass. I trusted them and that was on me.

Me and my wife went here yesterday. We're thinking about purchasing an RV, great customer service. Jacob was great, Everybody inside treated us great. I think we'll buy that once we're ready.

The whole experience, from beginning to end, was top notch at McClains RV! Jacob, our salesman, was so friendly, very patient with us and accommodating of our time. I highly recommend him if you are looking to buy! Oscar, went into great detail when he showed us the ins and outs of our Toyhauler! Took his time and answered all of our questions. He is the absolute best! Tammie in finance is also outstanding! These guys go above and beyond with customer service! I give them 10 stars in every category!

The A/C broke on the 40, in July... I needed parts quickly and the guys at the parts counter helped me resolve the issue. They cross checked different parts options and made sure I had the correct relay to fix the rig. Great attitude, felt like a valued customer.

My wife and I recently visited McLain‘s RV in Rockwall. There we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Jacob Culpepper. He showed us every aspect of the RV we were considering. He also took us for a test drive. His courtesy and professionalism were exemplary. It turns out the color wasn’t right for us, so a few days later, he found us a similar RV of a different color at a McLain’s dealership an hour away. He arrived early to make sure this RV was clean and the inside temperature was comfortable for us. He basically spent the entire day showing us the second RV.
It was our intention to make the purchase.
Unfortunately, something came up and we were unable to follow through with the purchase. Even though he had spent nearly 2 days working with us, after he found out the sale was not goin g through, his courtesy and professionalism continued.
We highly recommend Mr. Jason Culpper. He is an outstanding representative for McLain‘s RV.

McClain's RV is awesome. We researched RV's on line and also spoke with other dealers in various states. We ended up dealing with David, who comes across as a friend more than a salesman. Since we are in Tennessee, he took the time to facetime my husband and myself so we could see the interior as well as the exterior of the RV. It was just as if we were there walking through with him. Oscar was great with the presale tour to show us everything. Tammie in finance was amazing. She had everything ready to go. Made the entire process painless. We needed to get to U-Haul to pick up a tow dolly to get our car back to Tennessee, the General Manager was nice enough to loan us his truck to pick it up and bring it back. Anything we found wrong with the RV was fixed, or will be fixed, without question. Dealing with everyone at McClain's RV in Rockwall, TX was well worth the 9 hour drive from Tennessee. HIGHLY recommend the McClain's RV team in Rockwall, TX

Endless thank you’s for Trey in service and the shop foreman for getting my rig through in a pinch. Had an emergency fix right before a trip during a power outage at the shop, but they hustled and fixed my issue. Thank you!

Steve Cathey did an excellent job in working with us to purchase the perfect RV.
