So I have never been to this place in person but I imagine that they would be totally helpful and awesome ! I order off of DoorDash the meals and let me tell you they smack ! They have some wonderful bang options that come with the meal and seriously never disappoints.

John and his team are so knowledgeable on their products. I know when I go in they will give me the correct information for my needs. I typically leave with more then I thought I needed. The staff is FANTASTIC! Owner is awesome! All of the people working there really care and take the time to help you find the right products, systems and plans for you! This store has EVERYTHING I need! They have great protein options, the best and highest quality USEFUL supplements! I love the InBody scan, very helpful to use for tracking my progress and backslides! They carry ICON meals! They have a great selection all the time! Healthy and fresh, vacuum sealed, microwave in less than 2 minutes for a delicious and very healthy, filling meal! Go in and check it out! And get your phone number signed up with their advertising system! They do NOT pester you! They only send messages when they are running a sale and want their customers to know the dates of the sale and products included! And let me just say, they run some awesome sales that are totally worth driving in to town to pick up and most of their sales they notify you of can be ordered online too! I just can’t say enough great things about this place! If I need health, supplement, diet, fitness advice, this is my first stop! John is really great, he’s usually there, always sets me up with products that are just right for me!

The nutrition program I was put on over the holidays was quick and effective. I lost body fat and gained some muscle. The weekly check ins and nutrition counseling let you know what foods to switch that make a big difference that may not have been thought of before and the plant protein at this location is the best. Also the ready made salmon meal was fantastic. If you are trying to reach goals and willing to do the work this will have a huge pay out for you!
