The maintenance team is amazing, very responsive, and prompt in addressing issues. The property features beautiful details and upscale amenities, including an elegant onsite restaurant with great food. The social environment is vibrant, making it easy to make new friends. The location is great, near dining and shops, with a new HEB being built next door. Move-in is simple and hassle-free. Residents are very happy and highly recommend it.

Wonderful staff and maintenance is quick to respond. My mom loves her apartment and the other residents have been very friendly and welcoming. It’s the perfect place for folks over 65. I am very happy with the choice we made for my mom.

Great location. An HEB is being built next door. The maintenance department is very responsive and address maintenance issues quickly. I’m very impressed with the maintenance team!

Santiago was able to correct both of my issues promptly today. Our maintenance crew at the Marquis Rockwall are truly amazing!! We are convinced that this is the best senior living facility in Rockwall! Looking forward to HEB opening next year.
