Bubba was incredibly helpful in finding me the perfect truck and assisting through the entire purchase process. Greg is also outstanding not only in his fairness but his kindness and thoughtfulness to me and my entire family. We’ll be coming back for sure!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! We just bought 2023 Traverse from them. My wife went by to look at an equinox that she liked, but they showed her traverse that was a little bit more that she really loved. (I can use to tow my boat if needed....) A really great value and just within our budget. (didn't try to push my wife into a car 15-20k more like a few other dealers did when I wasn't with her)
Bubba, the salesperson, was nice, professional, and answered all my questions over the phone and my wife completed purchase pretty quickly with no drama.
I am very particular and don't put up with pushy car sales people that try to add extra fees and such, none of that with this dealership... Take their online price, add TTL and that is price unless you want to add accessories or service contracts, but only if you want. (can also start pre app on their website that will show detailed pricing and give options and allow you to set appt or whatever)
Anyway super easy process and I will definitely talk to them when I buy next car in a few years!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Don't bother coming here. We took our 2021 Chevy Tahoe in for service as it wasn't working properly, we were informed that they were really backed up and wouldn't be able to look at it for 4 days, but most places were backed up and we didn't feel comfortable driving it super far for service. So we took it in anyways (our 1st mistake) as we couldn't even use it, this was on Saturday 8/17/24. Our service advisor was Chap. Not once did he give us a call for an update on our vehicle, we didn't get our first update until Monday 8/26 when he said that they would "get to it", but they were working on other vehicles. He kept giving us the runaround over and over and over again. We had been borrowing one of our family's vehicles during this time as we only had one car which was in the shop. Almost every single day we would call in for an update and Chap would not call us back the same day or even the next day. We finally heard back on 9/2 that they would begin breaking down whatever they needed to do to take pictures of the vehicle and send it to our extended warranty to see if the repair would be covered. Then on 9/4 they told us that they heard back from our extended warranty and the repair would be covered - woohoo, great news. And Chap informed us that they would get the repair done as soon as possible but the latest it would be done was on Tuesday 9/10. Considering how unresponsive and how non-urgent the repair had been to them within 2.5 weeks, my family needed their vehicle back and we then rented a vehicle starting on Friday 9/6 until Tuesday 9/10 so we could easily pick up our vehicle and then drop off the rental afterwards. Come to find out, Saturday we get a call from Mr. Chipper Chap, "Your vehicle has been repaired and is ready for pickup! You will still need to pay $370+ for additional items we did to the vehicle." and so my husband picked up the vehicle and I called the extended warranty to let them know and ask if it would affect my rental being reimbursed. They were closed on the weekend. Now, it's Monday and I called them and they informed us that unfortunately they will not be able to reimburse the full amount as everything was showing paid and closed out on Saturday so now we are stuck paying an additional $200+ for a rental that won't be covered. This whole place is a mess, the communication lacked BIG TIME and I will never go here again nor recommend anyone else to go here. To even get an oil change, expect your vehicle to be there for 3 days before you get it back. It's unfortunate how little they care for their customers. Their receptionist (which they have multiple) are all rude, and wouldn't even say a proper friendly greeting, and would solely figure out where you needed to be transferred to and then direct transfer you there. We were transferred to Chap's line and had called SEVERAL times before I called again and asked if he is even working that day and they told me, "No." Like you couldn't have told me that to begin with? AGAIN, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Dropped my truck off for oil change and was notified of a recall. Service performed recall and apparently software failed. Now, I have to return drop off truck for a few days for them to figure out the issue.

My husband and i went in initially to look at the Chevy trax but it ended up being too small for our family. I am pretty picky on what i want in a car and Zac our salesperson was so kind and understanding and no preference i had was too small. I needed vents and cup holders in the back for an example. I’ve had trouble with prior dealerships ignoring me and talking to my husband even tho it was my car we were looking for. Zac made sure to look at me and ask me directly and ensure i had what i wanted in a car. We talked slightly about EVs but looked at the Chevy equinox first, as soon as i got in i knew it wasn’t for me and he gave me no grief, said okay and asked if i wanted to see the new equinox EV. It was everything i was looking for and he knew it lol he was very adamant that i get what i wanted. He let us test drive the car and while we were gone he drew up an initial run of numbers without running my credit. We came back and looked at the numbers and decided a lease was how we wanted to go. I’d never leased a car before but he answered all my questions and made sure i knew what i was signing up for. The whole process took maybe 2 hours. After we found the car we wanted. Everyone at the dealership is so kind and helpful. We had to bring our 2 year old back up with us and they all talked with him and played with him and didn’t make it seem like he was inconveniencing them. I couldn’t recommend this dealership more. I HATE buying cars but they made it so easy we already plan on going back next year to get my husband a car. If you’re in the market GO HERE! And ask for Zac ?

Chuck comes through again with great service. Had to bring my Avalanche back again to get the e-brake adjusted and the A/C doublechecked, but everything is working fine now. Thanks Chuck!
