This place definitely gets a five star review from me! They squeeze my 11 day old newborn in on a Saturday at the end of the day for me. It was our first visit here and they even stayed late to help me And to see my newborn. Their staff was great and very accommodating. Thank you so much for seeing us.

I called to get my child in for an exam and all they did was give me the run around. Gave tons of excuses about how they couldn’t see him, even though we have insurance and I could pay out of pocket if need be. I didn’t even need a same day appointment. The ladies on the phone were super unhelpful. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

I’ve been taking my little ones to this practice for over 5 years and the practice in itself is a 5 star to me. That will not change over one bad experience. However, I recently took my daughter in for a sick visit and she seen Vincent Iannelli. I was so disappointed in his bed side manner. Not to mention I was told “it’s probably bronchitis”, not something a mom wants to hear.. either it is or isn't. Moving forward I will never book my kids with him. Whitney and Brittney are great, highly recommend them both!

My kids see Dr. smart and have for the last 16 years. We just recently came in for well appointments and could not be more impressed with the staff from the front office to the nurses. Dr. Smart is always amazing. Highly recommend LRHP!!

I called to see about getting my child in for a sick visit after relocating to the area and needing a new pediatrician. The woman that answered my call immediately had an attitude and seemed annoyed by having to answer the phone. I asked if they accepted my insurance (Aetna) and she pretended like she never heard of the company because she pronounced it with a more prominent “E” versus the “A” I used more prominently. I decided to just let that go, hoping my kid could be seen today and instead I got cut off mid-question and was told she had no availability today. Save your time/energy and go somewhere that cares about their reputation and helping kids. Clearly the office culture is toxic.

Our daughter was seen at Lake Ray Hubbard Pediatrics from birth up to her first birthday. After numerous trips to discuss issues, our concerns were not properly addressed. When we asked for a referral to a specialist, we were told it wasn't really necessary. After we took our daughter to a Cooks Children's ENT of our choosing, he informed us that our daughter's medical care was being mismanaged. Her sinus infection was not properly treated which not only caused her to worsen, but also get an ear infection, which also was not properly treated. In fact, the Cooks Children's specialist was not at all impressed with the medical care that our daughter had received at Lake Ray Hubbard Pediatrics. Neither was her new pediatrician. We therefore have removed our daughter from this practice and absolutely will not return. Even when I called them to cancel our upcoming appointment and told them that we are leaving their care, the lady on the phone pleasantly said "Ok, sounds good. Have a great day." Didn't even bother to ask why I said we were removing our daughter from their practice and not coming back. Once again, a perfect example of not listening and not caring. I HIGHLY suggest finding medical care elsewhere.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!! The front office, the nurses, Dr. Miller. We have been taking my son here for a couple of years now and before that we had not had the best experience at the place he was before. When we found Dr. Miller, everything changed. He is hands down one of the BEST! He listens to all of our concerns as well as our sons without judgement and without hesitation. He has clear answers and helps us find the right solution in whatever is needed at the time. He is great with my son and treats him like he matters and doesn't just direct all of his questions to us parents. Our child's opinion matters when it comes to his care and he acknowledges that. I really cannot say anything negative about this practice. They are very responsive, the place is fun and clean, they are all so nice and we have never had any issues. I am so thankful we found them and love that they all take care of my son and I do not have to worry if it's quality care. I know it is. Thank you so much LRHP! You guys are all amazing!

I’ve brought my 9 month old since he was a newborn and I have never had a bad experience. Sometimes there’s a wait but understandably so since our provider spends time with you and has mentioned she works in sick patients as well. My baby has been able to get a same day appointment when sick and that is big to me since I’ve had experience at other clinics where you can’t get a same day appointment. I’m really glad we chose this office!

We love LRH Pediatrics! We started going to this practice shortly after we moved to Rockwall and we've ALWAYS had really great experiences. They are always able to fit us in for sick visits, and they are so good about helping us make our annual well-check appointments ahead of time. I love that they've started on online portal - made it SO easy to ask a nurse question or get shot records, etc. The sign-in process is online too & makes it super easy to be at the office with kiddos because I never have to fill out a bunch of paperwork. Every person in their office is friendly & efficient, and we also LOVE Dr. Smart - she's wonderful! Our kids all love her and my husband and I feel super confident with her care of our kiddos.

The staff and physicians are always so kind and welcoming. My kids used to be scared going to the doctor but they are actually excited to go here! They decorate adorable and make the atmosphere so welcoming with their smiles. They really take their time with your child and truly care. I actually saw Dr. Ianelli as a child and my children are now seeing him but I also recommend the others doctors and nurse practitioners! This office has always been amazing! I definitely recommend this office to everyone and anyone.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this pediatricians’ office! All of the doctors and staff are friendly and compassionate. Our main provider is Dr. Iannelli, who is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and straight forward. But when he isn’t available the staff always find a way to work us into another doctor’s schedule. Highly recommend!

We had our first new patient visit this month for both of my kids annuals. The staff and Dr Waw were very welcoming! Dr Waw had a great bedside manner and communication with the kids and me. She did a thorough assessment and made sure to answer any and all questions. We are so happy we made the switch to LRHP!! :)

We love LRHP and the entire staff is so helpful and professional. It’s so reassuring and a huge blessing to be able to take my children to a clinic where they actually love and care about my children’s mental, physical, and emotional health and growth.
