The young lady in the Sephora section with the dark eyeglasses was extremely nice and a pleasure to interact with. I no longer go to the location in Forney due to the unpleasantries there so I am pleased I found a location where the employees seem to enjoy what they do.

Do not use the Kohls app for your kohls cash or coupons and gift cards. Somehow my kohls credit card was charged even after verbally expressing I did not want to use it because I just paid the balance off. I had my credit card linked through the app and I wanted to use the remaining balance of my gift card and wasn’t aware my credit card could be charged without consent.

I've shopped here for years but on this particular June day it was so hot we couldn't stay in the store for long. I wanted to try on clothes but was sweating so bad I couldn't stand it. The poor lady checking me out was so miserable from the heat. The other issue I have with this store is the women's bathroom. I have bad knees and their toilets are so low I can't use them. The look about 12" off the floor. the handicap is about the height of a normal toilet. Won't be going back till winter!

I was there this morning 5/30/24 working and 5 of the racist employees kept calling me ghetto, naming all the so called ghetto places in Dallas and surrounding cities. They really hurt my feelings that I had to go to restroom and collect myself and call on Jesus. Mr. Kevin you seem like a nice guy, I can't believe these people work for you. They really need to take that class they giving these days to people like them. I pray they ask God for some sense and a good heart from this day forward.

The store has a good selection, although it's not in an ideal location. It can be easy to miss. The Sephora inside is poorly stocked and never has popular skincare and makeup items that are sought after. There are plenty of associates at the checkout areas.
