I just went in to get my watch re sized and Karen was a treat! She answered my phone call right away and told me I could come on in. She fixed my watch within 15 minutes and was so lovely to talk with. I highly recommend and I will be back!

The location is perfect right on the square. Just got engaged this past weekend. I took my ring in on my day off and the service was great. Asked to get it resized and she took my measurements and said “give me 1 hour.” My ring is done in 30 minutes and it looks perfect. Great price, convenient and professional.

Love the service and the prices here. They have been here many years and have always been very fair and professional. They have been exceptionally kind dealing with the elderly population that live on a fixed incomes.

Huge Thank you to Karen at (Karen & Co. Jewelers) in the town square. I found her by doing a simple google search of places in Rockwall for jewlery repair. I have lived here 31 years and had never seen her place. So I asked, " how long have you been here?" and she replied, "since 2003 in this spot but, I have been in business for 47 years." She was professional and very personable. She also has a lot of cool things in her shop including lots of authentic turquoise pieces.

Karen is very knowledgeable in the jewelry repair business. She is easy to understand providing explanation of how the repair will be done. I felt very comfortable leaving jewelry pieces to be repaired. You will feel at home in the cozy setting on the square. Karen has quality jewelry to offer in the store as well.

If I could give them half of a star would be too much. I was treated without respect. I can't believe people like that can run a business. Don't waste your time or money. Better go to Willy's jewelry store cause they are professional and they treated me very well.

Very kind and was very helpful in finding me what I wanted. I would highly recommend going because of the great customer service and amazing help. I also didn't feel like I was being ripped off like other jewelry stores. She was very kind and respectful and I will definitely come back in the future. :)

I found the owner very respectful. She was very sweet and Kind. I felt like I was being very well taken care of and I even learned some things and realized how a lot of jewelry stores try and rip you off, she helped me then and will definitely help me in the future. Karen and co jewelry is definitely a jewelry store you can count on!

I have been doing business with Karen for many years! She is always willing to look at everything I bring her. Weather it be a broken prong on my wedding band, a dead watch battery or sizing my husbands ring. She does great work. I recommend her to everybody!
