Jodie was the best realtor we ever had. We have bought and sold about 20 homes over the years and Jodie was by far the best realtor we ever had. She was patient with us and answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We did 4 transactions with her over the last 6 years and I couldn’t imagine having a better experience. She was detail oriented, always available when we needed her, and treated us like family! We were so lucky to find Jodie because This was our first home buying experience and I was so lost.After meeting her I could tell she was diligent and through and would work hard on our behalf. Jodie was patient, explained the process and walked me through every step. On the final walkthrough the builder handed me blue tape with barely any tape left to mark the areas to be repaired. I seen the look on her face and Jodie stepped in and said is that all the tape you have? She went to the car and pulled out a new roll of tape threw off the jacket turned the ac down and we went to town marking the troubled areas. 3 hours later task completed. Just one example of how she impressed me with her work ethic. Did I mention we closed in 35 days and now Living in my new home. Thank You Jodie!!
