I attended an estate sale last weekend with my friend and a young woman in our condo. I certainly can afford a new ring but we just bought a condo and have many expenses. The woman suggested that I do not need my husband's input when making a 400-dollar purchase. I had explained that we make decisions together and I would come by. Somehow, I walked away ashamed and belittled. It was a dreadful feeling and my friend, and I just decided we would never, ever visit this store. She made me feel awful because I wanted to wait until I visited the store with my husband. Jewlery was fine but bedside manner was dreadful. I went off to Costco and bought an expensive diamond with my husband and had great customer service!

Nice place but bad customer service. Does not follow up with clients. Could improve communication and attitude of the sales person, was brief and not helpful or caring. Even if they had what I wanted I would rather purchase elsewhere to avoid dealing with them.

I've been shopping there for years. They get great estate pieces, but you have to shop regularly to snag the best ones. They allow layaway which makes shopping there affordable. The owner is very flexible.

I found the jewelry was high quality and a great value. The staff was very willing to show me anything i wanted to see, and was patient with me when I kept trying on rings.
