Jia is a wonderfully experienced stylist. He explained each step of the hair appointment and asked me questions along the way. He can do any kind of hair, and he does it well. I would recommend him for your next appointment.

Pretty standard JC Penny. It was clean and had the usual brands. The checkers were very friendly but surprisingly slow. There was a decent line and all three of them were taking their time and having other conversations.

I always find what I need here!! The staff is excellent!!! If you're lucky enough to get Ms. Delores to ring you up, you'll get the best service in the building! Best place to shop in town.
