Stopped me from spending $2k that a dealership told me was "absolutely necessary". Told me I had another 30k miles before anything was needed. Been here before and I will be back. Honest people who do exceptional work. Give them your business if you need any automotive work.

1st and foremost, the guys that I have talked to have never talked to me like I was a "woman"; they spoke to me like someone who needed their car worked on. They were honest and upfront on what the charges would be and what could impact those charges should additional work be needed once they got under the engine. They didn't try to sell me on stuff based on "mileage" like other places have, but actually looked at the parts and provided recommendations based on what was needed. Every single person I have come into contact with at Jackson Automotive have been kind, honest and genuine. I'll be back for sure!

I’ve taken my three cars to Jackson Automotive for one thing or another over the past few years and I’ve never had to go back. Bottom line, the team does the work, they do it fast and they do it well. I find the pricing very competitive especially for the work I’ve had to have done including brakes, suspension, transmission, and engine work. I’ve got Jackson Automotive saved to my address book and unless I’ve got some major issues that require a specific task master, I’ll keep going back. As a matter of fact I’m dropping off a vehicle tomorrow just to be on point for the summer. Brian at the front will get you all squared away and if you’ve got teenager’s driving you’ll get to know him well. Good luck.

Found this business on Yelp! as I am new to the area and was in a tight spot when I had no brake lights. These guys worked and located my initial issue, but had to dig deep for another issue. Was expecting an enormous bill due to the time they put in to the diagnosis and was shocked when I was given the total. Not only were they way under what I was expecting, but they explained the issues they found and what all they did. Great customer service and friendly technicians!! Couldn’t be happier and I’ve found my shop in Rockwall!
