Very rude. No one asked us if we
Needed any help. There were 3 people in the store including the 2 of us and no one asked us how were or if we needed help. It was pouring rain outside and they acted like they were too good to help us. I could have bought anything in that store I wanted and still they acted to good to help me. WTH is customer service. A simple hey how you doing would have been great!

I hate to do this and have never written a review but my experience was so outrageous this has forced me; If I could give --10 stars I would. I’ve been trying to shop more supporting small businesses and stumbled across this shop that looked super cute and happened to have the overalls I had been looking for so I went ahead and placed the order with them all the way from NYC…and then quickly realized (less than 30 minutes later) that they were the wrong length and I needed them in short which they didn’t carry; so I emailed the shop immediately to cancel the order and didn’t here a word back…. I waited 24 hours before sending another email In which then I heard back right away stating that I could mail them back when I received them. I not only received zero tracking information but I then received the overalls well past 2 1/2 weeks from the order date while I was on a work trip ??♀️. As soon as I got home I slipped them on over clothes to see if the length magically worked (because I really loved them but I’m 5 ft 1 on a good day) and as predicted they were HUGE on me so I sent them back immediately (TAGS ON AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING). It had no return label so I paid for basic shipping back and thought that was it…… only to hear nothing back and see no return on my card. So I went ahead and emails the store about a week and a half later to check in to see if they’ve recovered the package, she claimed “they had not” and then not only three or four days later emailed me stating “that she had and that they had clearly been worn, smelled of my perfume, and that they had a seven day return policy”. This was all incredibly false and I had sent photos of me trying them on because it was laughable at how large they were on me and not only that but it’s physically impossible for me to get them back to Texas from nyc when given zero return label. She continued to argue with me not wanting to accept then and then pivoted to guilt tripping me in stating exactly this, “ If you feel like that’s the right thing to do to a single mom going through chemo may God have mercy on your soul”…… little did she know I’m undergoing cancer treatment at MSK currently but never have I used my pain and story to weaponize or guilt trip someone. Although it’s sad and I out of all people feel her pain this was beyond unprofessional, Inappropriate, and wrong on so so many levels.
UPDATE: after this review got the owners attention she reluctantly agreed to reimbursing me last week….. I waited and got zero notifications so I followed up with her today and now she is claiming that MY PAYMENT NEVER WENT THROUGH. This is quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed or received! This is a SHADY business she’s running and I pray that you all are able to avoid such an awful experience.

every time i come inside i’m ALWAYS ignored, i’m not 100% sure why. but regardless, i’d think you’d acknowledge someone who is trying to support your business.EDIT: now that everyone can see the “business owners” response below, you can see how i am right.1) i have made a purchase there under a different name haha2) how about apologize for ignoring someone trying to support you, instead of saying “i’m sorry YOU feel that way”.3) i was ignored countless times, and even looked hard for one. i’m not deaf.don’t respond back to me unless you’re going to call. thanks !

I enjoyed the store. I went in on a whim (I was waiting for Ramen Head to open)While in the store I found a great dress and tried it on. The store is clean, well layed out and the associate was very friendly.
