Sat there for 30 mins waiting for the girl to get me started on my iv but instead she helped literally everyone else but me and let me sit there. Helped a guy who walked in for cryo after I had already been there for 20 min. Got to sit there and listen to her talk to him about absolutely nothing while I’m still waiting for my services. Finally walked out without my iv because of the disrespect.

Nothing like driving 30 minutes for the location not to open on time after lunch and have a sign stating no tech for cryo.

If I could possibly leave a 0 review at this point I definitely would!! I have been coming here since this place opened and paying with NO MEMBERSHIP for very dyer health situations and I have not had only one but now two poor inappropriate miscommunications and services both while clients where in store!! If your techs and front desk workers knew what to offer for customers that specifically stated their needs these type incidents would not happen!! Do not offer something you do not have or had in over a year update your materials!! Last time I did not post a review for benefit of the doubt that my issue was handled!! It was and I was asked to please give another try!! But thanks to Scott your a Richard and that’s putting it nicely and you need to learn customer service skills before having any type of job out in the public dealing with customers!! You got put in your place today and you didn’t like it, I’m glad I was the one to be able to do that for you!! If you talk to your significant other they way you did to me I feel sorry for them who knows maybe you don’t have one and I would completely understand why!! I am a paying customer!! If you do not understand what that means let me explain it to you!! It’s customers like me that come in and out to keep the doors open and you a job receiving a paycheck!! You definitely do not deserve to be paid after the way you treated me today!! Lastly before there was no competition here for the services offered however there is now just across the hwy!! Let’s go check them out and tell people just how I was treat not only once but twice there won’t be a third time I Promise that!!

Scott was so helpful and nice. We loved our experience. We are from AR and think an IV bar would do so good in northwest Arkansas!! Hopefully it’ll come soon. Would totally be members.

Great in and out experience as well as skilled and knowledgeable staff. However, I would have loved the option to purchase a reasonably priced package for Cryo therapy + compression. Rating reflects lack of options not staff. The staff is super helpful!

Kim is the best and always smiling! Normatech and Cryo do wonders for my softball catcher! If you haven’t tried it yet you definitely should.
