Tom was a pleasure to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
He did not try to upsell me on anything. I got exactly what I went there for, which was a front axle brake job on my 2013 Toyota Tundra. He even told me that I didn’t need to service the rear brakes at this time. Service took 2 hours and communication was great.
Read the reviews but bear in mind, 99% of satisfied customers do not leave reviews. It’s the unhappy ones and the ones that can’t be pleased who leave the negative reviews. This shop addresses all of the issues though, which says a lot. Use this small business and support your community… Or go to the big box shops and overpay. Your choice.
I highly recommended them over anyone else.

Tom is great. Up front with the pricing and direct with what was needed for my car. I was glad he could diagnose my transmission problem and prescribe cost on the same day I dropped it off.

After getting completely screwed over by a different local transmission shop, we had our vehicle towed to integrity transmission. The other shop couldn’t fix it in 7 weeks. Integrity quoted us 7-10 days and had us out the door in 5. Wish we would have gone to them first. Would have saved us 7 weeks, lots of money and lots and lots of stress. I would absolutely recommend them and we will also be using them again.

I had the exact same issue I brought it in for less than 24 hours later. I can't afford to have it towed in a second time so it's really put me in a bad position.

The guys at Integrity are great. They replaced the main rear engine seal in record time. After they finished they noticed a small issue and fixed that for free. I’ll be back, well hopefully not soon. ?

I have used Integrity a few times to work on my elderly mother's 2008 Hyundai. Both times they were professional, prompt and didn't try to oversell me. I will use them again when the need arises.

Horrible experience! Will never return and hopefully will not have to return for any warranty issues while under warranty. Not only did it take a week longer than originally quoted when I dropped it off but had multiple issues with it and took it back 3 times in the following 3 weeks after picking it up. Highly do not recommend if you want a reliable repair done. Once I was called and told it was ready I went to go get it. Within an hour of picking it up I was experiencing extremely worse symptoms than when I dropped it off. The car was shaking, rattling and stalling out. When I called to talk to them about it I was told the transmission is done and good you have a gas issue. I took it straight to a mechanic shop that same evening because I could not drive it as it was. The mechanic shop said it is 100% the transmission. Back to the transmission shop, only for them to tell me it was an exhaust issue. Took it to the muffler shop Integrity referred me to, and they said 110% it was a transmission issue. Back to Integrity again, and what do you know, it was a issue with the transmission. A few days later it was finally fixed. It blows me away that a mechanic shop and a muffler shop could fully diagnose an issue with the transmission but the transmission shop couldn’t diagnose an issue with the transmission that they just rebuilt. To top if off, I know it wasn’t test driven after it was done, because after fixing the issue I was told I would have to take it to a mechanic shop because the RPMs were all over the place and it needed to be retimed. I picked it up anyways with the RPMs bouncing and almost stalling again, just no rattles this time and after just a short few mile drive home, it retimed itself. This is a sign it wasn’t test driven like I was told it was. Horrible experience and will not return or refer to anyone else. It was just excuse after excuse after excuse. I went there after a referral but I will definitely not be referring them myself

I have used this company for years for my families cars. Today was my granddaughter who needed brakes and some AC work. Tom got back to me with an estimate on cost and when it would be done. Integrity was fantastic they d*** they did my transmission commission drain and fill an oil change in less than 2 hours.. They also found another problem that needs repair so that I can have safe travels with my car. Tom is fantastic And the people he employs are so fast.
