STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION THEY ARE JUST ROBBING PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY AND PROVIDING FALLS GUARANTEE ON THEIR SERVICES! I wish I could say there was professional client service with this location, but I truly feel as if quality and value for their clients have rapidly gone down. My wife and I have always done our taxes with H&R Block. Not only did they not take full responsibility for any mistakes that they made, the manager, Juan attempted to make it seem as if we had not submitted all needed documentation to finalize our taxes. We made an appointment for February 4, completed our taxes on that same day but for some odd reason that they could not be honest about how they forgot they never finalized our taxes on that same day but decided to submit it to the IRS on the day that iMessage them about why hasn't the IRS received our tax return on February 16. Now our taxes refund is delayed another month due to their mistake. We payed extra for any insure of any mistakes and they couldn't even refund us any of it since it was already paid for. Now I can understand why people are choosing to use TurboTax or anyway that they can do it them self's. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION THEY ARE JUST ROBBING PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY AND PROVIDING FALLS GUARANTEE ON THEIR SERVICES!

I just got off the phone with the most I unprofessional staff member. Filed my taxes in April and I am having someone take a second look. Called because we had a question. The person we spoke with was very condescending, rude, spoke over us and hung up the phone. This is after I asked to speak with her manager and she stated that she doesn't have a manager. I will be filing a complaint with their corporate office and will NEVER use their services again. I hope the call was recorded. I have NEVER been treated in such an unprofessional manner as a customer.

The office manager they have is beyond rude! She’s rude in person and over the phone. I understand tax season is busy but a little courtesy goes a long way.

So I make an appt last year at the completion of my 2021 tax session with the guy I want to use, arrive today and girl at desk says, oh we got you with another guy...he had done our taxes in the past and I was not thrilled with the experience, he was hard to understand and it took 2 days and another person to finish the process. I mentioned this to the office manager, I asked for the next available appt with the guy I wanted, NOPE, he's booked out rest of the year, it's the guy we give you today or tough luck.Well after 37 years with H&R I guess they did not value my business, told this to office mngr, she said have a nice day...Disappointing to say the least.WOW, H&R sends me a message to call and discuss this issue, I call the number and it's a direct connect to a recording on health monitoring?? No way to speak with anyone, tried the number 2 times to see if I dialed wrong, the 3rd time a recording said number no good?? WTF is wrong with this company? Glad I made the decision to move on.

Came here a few weeks ago, my first time having a tax service prepare our documents.I usually file online through TurboTax but this year we had a different tax situation and didn’t want to bother with it.We had an appointment in Royse City which was cancelled on us last minute, so we made a different appointment at this location in Rockwall.We had an appointment with Jacqueline and I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what, but she was not very friendly at all. She barely spoke with us, and it was uncomfortable when my husband and I tried to be friendly to her, just to be ignored.I know more than just the tax basics, and I do our taxes ever year, usually.Jacqueline seemed like she had no idea what she was doing.And her card said she had over 20 years experience!!!I was literally getting nervous watching her put in incorrect numbers and text and having to correct her. I felt we had to stare at the screen and watch her like a hawk to correct her typos.She had to get up and ask for help twice!I typed out to my husband on my phone that I was nervous because she was messing up. He agreed. Over 20 years experience?! What a joke.When it came time to pay, it was $300!! I don’t pay HALF that WITH audit defense on TurboTax!My husband and I just told her, we don’t have that amount at this time, and that we would talk amongst ourselves and come back if we wanted to continue.Our documents were put into a folder, which Jacqueline, not us, carried to the front.We were told to call when we had the money to pay. I asked my husband to collect our documents, I was really irritated at this point.I went to the car, my husband got the documents, and we went home.The next day we paid 1/3 of the price to file through TurboTax online and got our return within 10 days. It sucked having to prepare our own return with a different tax situation than usual, but was INFINITELY better than having to deal with this company again.It’s sad.My parents used hrblock all the time when I was younger. I thought I would be able to, as well.But between the last minute cancellation at one office, and the lack of knowledge with the worker we were set up with at this location, I’ll never, EVER step foot into one again.

The service is poor here,the worst I have experienced. I dropped off my documents and was told they would call me following day.Just to get status of the work ,I was on hold for an hour and still didn't get any feedback
