Buyers steer clear! 12/2022 I received a letter after paying off my car in full that I am able to receive a refund on unearned Life Insurance premiums that I had unknowingly purchased from the Honda Finance scammers for $848.72. Don't expect anyone to talk to you if you call them. The first time you call they act interested until they realize what you're calling for, then they pretend to transfer you and hang up on you. When you call back, it's the same thing over and over again. When I got a hold of a "Manager" Dave, he said John Martinez was going to reach out to me, NEVER DID. Dave said John Martinez reached out to John Eagle Honda and a lady named Mandy will be reaching out to me. NEVER DID. All I am saying is it's been almost 2 years of frustration and if I have to show up in person, it's not going to be good.

I go here to get my oil changed and always go back to Rusty because he knows me and is genuinely helpful and a nice guy. The service department overall shares the same sentiment.
