I came in to return towels that fell apart during the preliminary wash. I had the receipt but they would not accept the return or give me store credit because I didn’t save each individual tag on the towels. That is no way to stand behind your products. I will not shop at HomeGoods again.

The team members were friendly and helpful. The store interior was clean and well-organized. There was foot-operated door opener on the restroom’s door; very thoughtful.

A very good place to buy household items. On a personal note, I feel that the spaces between aisles are very small, it is almost impossible to have more than 2 carts in most of the aisles. But I really like the items and the prices are very good for me.

HomeGoods is ALWAYS fabulous! We found the finishing touches for our daughter who is moving. This particular store is very organized and was to maneuver around.
