Nice, large, clean store with a lot of selection. I go for art supplies mostly, but I still love looking around at everything else.

Sooo… my wife bought a painting last August that she never hung up and they still sell at Hobby Lobby. The cashier told her that even though it’s been over 90 days since they still sell it that she could return it. So we come back today to return it and the store manager Derrick is now saying a different story and telling me call customer service. We spend so much money here every year a return for $60 is nothing… but to make it a short story management and employees aren’t on the same page. Also Hobby Lobby should treat loyal customers better. My suggestion is to take your business to Michael’s. If they are doing this to us they probably do this to a lot of other people and that’s not right.

Always love the variety of craft supplies, home goods, florals, sewing, picture frames, cheap t-shirts for projects, and all kinds of containers at Hobby Lobby!
The help is ok.
The prices are good.
The music is bad!?♀️
Otherwise...can always find what I need!

Quality products. It's a little pricey even with the sale price. But I love the selection of home interior, decorations, and flowers. The store needs to open more check out lanes. Or put self check at where all the non used registers are. Lines were long only a few lanes open. The cashiers are slow. I noticed they have a lot of workers in the store. Some are just standing around. Could have been better used to help with checking out the customers.

Today at check out I had a lady rudely correct me when I said “wow, y'all have Halloween and Christmas out early”. She rudely said “we don’t celebrate Halloween, it’s fall.” I understand it’s a “Christian” store, but there are so many other way it could have been addressed. I have not shopped at a Hobby Lobby in over 5 years and after my interaction today I remembered why. It’s always funny to me that the most judgmental people are “Christians”. Happy Halloween.

The employees at this location (the Hobby Lobby in Rockwall, Texas) are always so kind and helpful! I often find myself purchasing large items and there is always an employee ready to help me take it to my car :) The lines can tend to run a bit long but I feel they move quite quickly :) Plus the deals are always available :) Definitely recommend!

I have never had a worse experience at Hobby Lobby than I did at this location today. Christy was so unkind to me and made my entire experience incredibly difficult. An employee attempted to help me with a return and Christy walked in barking at said employee telling her no and to go to lunch, and then would not honor an even exchange for me on broken items because the promo wasn’t still happening. Terrible customer service.
