Called to confirm a reservation and was rudly hung up on by KAREN, called back, and tried to explain to her why I was calling a d she very rudly said we don't have any cars it's a holiday weekend and hung up on me again. Called back and asked for a manager, and you guessed it hung up on again. Now she refuses to pick up the phone.

Should not have been a star. Aggressive person who let us wait and then told us that she did not have the reserved car( Chrysler made the reservation) and the people must communicate. After another hour waisted, it turns out that she and her manager did not communicate and there was a car for us. Then she had to clean it and the tank was not full. She wanted us to pay for the previous persons use!!

I would absolutely stay away from this place if business. The people are rude as all get out and they tried to charge us for "excessive pet hair" in the vehicle. No pets were ever in the vehicle. They were rude as heck when we first rented the vehicle and rude as heck when we dropped it off.
It seems we're not the only customers they have charged excessive and fraudulent fees. They have so many 1 star reviews I doubt they even care about one more at this point.
Stay away from this business if you don't want to get ripped off IMO.

We used this location for a rental for a vehicle repair for one month. This location had very poor customer service. We had to call multiple times to reach anyone on the phone. We could not get confirmation that the vehicle was available for pickup. Our collision center told us that they charge for ANY small nick, scratch, even for low pressure in a tire.
We were extra careful when dropping the vehicle off to get all the garbage out of the car, and leave it clean. When the older lady working the front inspected it she said it would be a 100$ cleaning fee. I told her it almost needed 2 minutes of vacuuming for the carpet on the floors. She didn't care. We opted to clean the vehicle. The nearest car wash with vacuum took us an hour. As a result we had to have personnel at the repair center stay late for our vehicle pickup, and cancel plans with family due to this woman not wanting to run a vacuum on floor boards for a couple minutes.
It's not sanitary they don't do minimal cleaning of the cars between customers. They should absolutely be wiping down surfaces and a quick vacuum. Relying on your customers to completely clean the cars between rentals is ridiculous.
This has to be a reoccurring issue with this branch because other businesses already knew they would try to charge us for something. We were told the local enterprise has a much better service department and doesn't try to do frivolous charges.

Our experience at Hertz Rental Car in Rockwall was a mixed bag. While the customer service was excellent, we were disappointed by the long wait time. It's worth noting that this rental car location seems more geared towards long-term rentals.After a flight delay left us stranded without a car due to Avis rental car mishap, we found ourselves at Hertz, conveniently located inside a Ford dealership outside of Dallas in Rockwall. Despite the wait, the staff provided friendly and helpful service, ensuring a smooth rental process without any hiccups.In summary, while the wait was frustrating, the overall experience at Hertz Rental Car in Rockwall was positive, thanks to the accommodating customer service and ease of renting a car.

I wish I could provide a 5 star review. However, I received horrible service from this particular location. I rented a vehicle from here and was not told that the gas tank door was broken. It wasn't until I had been on the road for several hours and stopped to get gas that I realized the door was jammed when I called this location to inform them they allowed me to rent out a car that was an operable operable the representative named candy Told me that I needed to just use a credit card to open the gas door. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told to call back. I called back many times to attempt to speak to Ashley who was never available I will not rent from this location because they do not care about customer service or their customers. I would advise you all to properly inspect your cars if you are going to rent from here, or I highly suggest going elsewhere. I notice they have many one star reviews and I see why.

Hertz needs to learn ths concept of what a reservation is. I placed one to pick up a car when I got off work about 5pm. I received an email and a text message that it was confirmed. Went to pick up the car when I got off work to find they were all out of cars. When i asked why they didn't contact me they claimed they tried to call me one time. I asked for the number they called from and looked thru my recent calls and they never called me, when asked they said I must have blocked their number ??. I asked them why they didn't email or text me since the had that option and was told they didn't do that. I was stranded at the dealership. Thank God for Enterprise not only were they able to get me a car but they waited 10 mins after closings for me to arrive. Enterprise saved they day!!!!

I rent vehicles often for business and personal use. This was, by far, the worst customer service and it took me over an hour just to return my car. There were at least four other customers waiting to rent vehicles that, according to them, had been waiting over 2 hours. There was only one person working and she continually kept leaving the office while we all just sat and waited for her to return. Definitely will not use this location again.

Super nice people, great car selection. I was able to choose from multiple options when checking in and my car was clean and ran great. I was able to drop it off on my way out of town at 7:25 am even though thy don't open until 7:30. 1200 miles in 2 days and the rental experience was wonderful.
