I truly don't have enough words to express how much I love this boutique! Not only are their clothes INCREDIBLE despite the season. BUT their customer service is out of this world! I purchased several clothing items late one night for my honeymoon and realized I put the completely wrong shipping address. Knowing I messed up, I immediately emailed the store (despite it being after 11pm on a Monday) and IMMEDIATELY got the kindest response that eased my worries that they have it taken care of! I never expected such timely and kind customer service from a boutique this large but am SO grateful and their kindness makes me want to shop there even more now (& tell all my friends, too) Thank you so much for easing this newlywed's nerves! Can't wait to go to Greece in my new Hazel and Olive dresses!!

I always go to their website when I’m in need of the perfect dress for all kinds of occasions- birthdays, wedding showers, concerts, wedding guests, etc. They have everything you could need, in so many styles, colors, and sizes. The quality is great and true to size. Also, it comes so fast!! I love Hazel & Olive!

Potential customers: Please make sure you read the return policy in full detail. This small business takes their return policy extremely seriously and does not accommodate the customer- even if missing the cut off date by 1 day: You will receive merchandise credit vs. refund to your original form of payment. For a small business, their email response system feels robotic, almost like it was generated by cut and paste prompts and does not feel personal at all. My first time buying experience turned into my last time vs becoming a returning customer. Really disappointing since the items offered are adorable and compliment my personal style.

I've been shopping online with Hazel and Olive for over 2 years now and have had nothing but great experiences with them. All of their products are so cute and I receive so many compliments every time I wear one of their pieces. I usually receive my order 3-4 days after ordering it, which is SO fast compared to other places.I did have an instance where the product ripped while I was trying it on, I let them know, and they immediately sent out a replacement product without me having to send the original item back. Just another great example of why I love this company!
