Always a great variety of media at ok prices, but they give next to nothing if you sell to them. They end up making 1000+% on your items. Not exaggerating.

I love Half Price Books! The people are friendly and well-informed. The store is laid out nicely with all the sections clearly marked. The prices are very reasonable plus they buy your books!

As somebody who adores half price books.I am so happy and thrilled that they have one open here in rockwall.I originally moved here from Mesquite years ago.. and I heard they closed down the Mesquite one. Terrible sad.. I hope and pray that thus location here in Rockwall is around for many years to come. Best variety

So many books!!
So little time!!
I love this place!!
I can spend a couple hours just wondering the aisles looking at and looking for books!!
I read on my devices but nothing will ever replace the feel of a book in my hand...and you can't get that "book smell" from a device!
My world would be a very sad, dark and lonely place without books!!!
Bookstores are my own little piece of heaven here on earth!!

Great store to find books. My reason for 3 stars is for selling them books. They are absolutely unfair. I have learned to sell books at Lucky Dog instead. They give you a more fair in store credit towards books you find there. They don’t offer cash but as I am a book lover I would rather have the store credit anyway.
