My go-to boutique in Rockwall!! Fun atmosphere and excellent customer service. All of the ladies are so friendly and super helpful. They have a great selection of clothing from everyday styles to special occasions and a lot of great gifting items.

Nice for middle aged ladies or unadventurous younger women. It's a bit overpriced for the quality. VERY Texas vibe -- lots of sparkles and spangles and cowboy themed clothes. Most shippers seem to be 30-40.

I’m sure this is a nice store and all, but in summary, the return policy is “don’t spend money here unless you expect never to get it back (return)… I returned a Christmas gift that went ungiven, and in stead of a refund, I got store credit… I don’t need store credit…I want a refund. Buyer beware.

Love the store love the clothes the 2 young ladies that I encountered was very rude and judgmental went to go do a return because the Boots didn't fit She asked me if I wanted to do a return or Exchange I said return then she gave it to me on a gift card so I was like well I have to use the gift Cause what I'm gonna do with It if I don't use it Then I heard them whisper in the back oh now she wants to get something because it on a gift card The part that makes me really mad is I love that story I have spent over $1500 in that store and I will never go You can't judge somebody off of what they look like if they really knew that I'd just got off for work it would have been a totally different story so judgmental on the way people look Love the store would never go back because of those 2 young ladies I will find a different location

My girls and I have been shopping here since the store opened several years ago. We are always greeted when we walk in the door and the staff always goes above and beyond to help us with putting outfits together for special occasions, and just cute things to have in our wardrobes! We have never had any issues with customer service and we love the staff and everything they sell!!!! So thankful to have this super cute store just down the road from us!!! ☺️

Purchased a dress from them, had my hubby to pick it up for me, got it home, tried it on and immediately washed it in a front-load washer on cold, let it dry (on a extra low setting to help with wrinkles) for a few minutes then hung to dry. Got ready to wear it to my granddaughters birthday party and found a good-sized hole in it. Called the boutique, later that day, and was told that they don’t accept washed or worn items, although I had already told them it had never been worn, only washed because I don’t wear clothing right out of the package. The young lady put me on hold twice to confer with a manager and was twice denied an exchange. So I’m stuck with an unwearable dress (unless I pay someone to fix it) just because Groovy’s customer service doesn’t differentiate between a manufacturing defect and an abuse of clothing. I’m sure they’ve taken things back, that were possibly washed AND worn, but I guess my purchase didn’t make the cut! I will NEVER shop there again and have already removed the items in my cart for my next purchase, and the friends I’ve raved about them to, I’ve told them not to patronize them, if they plan on being made whole if their product cannot withstand simple laundering.

Every time I walk into this boutique I am greeted by the nicest staff! Always so helpful and sweet. This cute boutique is filled with some real gems! From the Capri candles to the sassy boots, there are things for everyone! Thanks Alyssa, Karissa, and Emily for always having the sweetest smiles and going above and beyond for all customers! I love this little boutique in downtown Rockwall! I am always greeted with friendly faces every time I walk in the door. They restock with new arrivals every week and everything is very affordable. Nearly everything in my closet is from Groovy's and I always get compliments when I wear something from this store. They also sell Capri Blue candles, Spanx, and Free People - I love that I don't have to drive all the way to Dallas to shop these brands. Groovy's is my go-to for gifts, too! I love this place!
