John, the manager, is honest and reliable. He provides excellent feedback in regards to his products and you leave knowing you got the best tires and service around. We will get our tires no where else!

I will never buy tires here again or do any business with these people again. I bought a tire from them a couple weeks ago for a long trip, got a small nail on the outside of the tire. When I took it back in for help, I did not receive ANY! They wouldn’t patch it from the inside, or replace the tire. I would have to purchase a brand new tire. Horrible service.

Just Tires has been very good for me. I have been dealing with them for years concerning my tires. The sales representative in Rockwall Texas John Smith is one of the greatest I've ever met. He is not only courteous but he would take the time to make sure that you get exactly what you need when you go to him for tires. Over the years I've had bad tires, a blowout, and wear and tear. It didn't matter what the situation was just tires were able to help me in a very time-proficient way and the prices were not astronomical.

I have been going to this store for nearly 20 years (back when it was Goodyear) and always have great service. I use them for my work truck and personal vehicle. John is always accommodating, quick to communicate, and easy to work with. There are a lot of options in Rockwall and they always have shot me straight. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome! I was heading down past Dallas coming from home up in NC and had a blow out on I30. Had a warranty on the tires through walmart and they gave me a 2hr wait time. After 2.5 hours they told me it would be ANOTHER 2-3 hours! Already had put me behind several hours when I took my tire over to this crew.
They were on lunch when I got there, and STILL had everything done in under 30 minutes, with me being a walk-in! I told them I would put the tire back on my vehicle after they replaced the rubber, but they came out with the drill anyway and really sped up the process, free of charge.
These guys saved a month long plan to surprise my dad(who I rarely get to see) for his birthday, and I couldn't have made it on time without them being so quick. They're awesome, quick, and super friendly!
Please, go here for all your tire needs(and whatever other work they do), I would if it wasn't 1000 miles from home! Lol

Usually don't get my work done at a tire shop, but these guys are great! I got new wheels and needed them mounted and balanced and they took great care of me!
